Cons:
No napkins, not even a napkin dispenser.
Both drink machines are down.
Tables and floors were dirty
Puddle under the bags of fries.
Pros:
Good customer service.
Food was good.
Gluten Free option was taken serious.
I’ll come back for a 2nd try. Maybe they’re just having a bad day. We’ll see on the second visit.

I was craving a good burger yesterday so my hubby and I went here. We order at the kiosk. There were only 2 guys working. They were busy. I thought they were alone. They were struggling. A few minutes of waiting and what I assume was a manager pops his head in the front to tell them something. He sees the line of people waiting for food. I saw him see the line. He left those poor guys to fend for themselves. One guy was really hustling and doing great. The fries were great. The burger was dry, a leaf and a half of lettuce, barely any mayo or ketchup and no cheese.
I wasn’t even going to leave a review but the manager leaving them was just wrong. Do better.

My identical twin brother and I had a wonderful experience at the Five Guys location in Central, LA! While there was initially an issue involving employees, the General Manager truly turned the situation around.
The General Manager was very pleasant, professional, and approachable, and took the time to speak with both of us about the changes that were actively being implemented. ️✅ He was a great listener and was proactive in resolving the concerns, which really showed strong leadership.
Because of how well the situation was handled, we returned several more times, and each visit after that was amazing! The service improved noticeably, and the overall experience was excellent. This location clearly values customer feedback and strives to do better. Highly recommend!

Went here today 12/4/2025 and my experience was fantastic. We went at 11:30am right as they opened and the food was fantastic, the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Definitely recommend if you want a delicious burger with Cajun fries.

Great food, and great service. Everything was hot, fresh, and cooked to order without any mistakes. They were not that busy when we were there so I would have liked to have seen someone cleaning up around the beverage station and maybe clearing and wiping off the tables.

All Burger place with free roasted peanuts to snack on while Burger is grilled. Burgers made to order. Cooks are polite. Well-lit with lots of tall windows. Have to specify 1 if dont want 2 on regular sized burgers. I get the small burger & it’s a good-sized patty.

Writing a 5 star out of respect for this woman doing her work. 7 other staff members were not working and standing around. It was frustrating to see. I saw her look at her coworkers multiple times as they were not helping. Hopefully my experience is better next time, but I am still giving a 5 star for their 1 employee who was doing all the work for over 10 minutes. Food tasted great.
