Heading down 99w to Corvallis, had the craving for a bite to eat. Noticed a subway along the way that was not far off the main road, turned into old downtown Monmouth and spotted this cool little subway tucked into an old brick building right next to a barber shop.
Immediately upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. This store is very clean and modern inside and well lit. They were quick to take my order and help out my road companion as well. We decided on two footings and one of the new $3 dippers as an appetizer. Great service, well built to my requests and nicely packed for our TOgo meal.
Definitely recommend this subway for a quick snack and bite to eat. Beverly clean interior, fresh ingredients and helpful service.

Every time I go in there I’m polite and patient so they give me the same kind of service back. It’s extremely difficult to be getting phone calls, nonstop people coming in barking orders at them like they own the place. Treat them how you’d like to be treated and they will do the same back to you. I recommend this subway

Very inaccessible and horrible to people with disabilities, I have autism and need to see what im having put on my sandwich in order to be able to eat it.
They refused to clip the cover down for me to see it like they have before, but they didnt. Honestly wouldn’t recommend going here ESPECIALLY if you have disabilities!

We stopped in to grab a couple of subs and a dozen cookies on June 10th and were rather disappointed when we first arrived. There were only three cookies in the display, a long line of people, only one employee, and it turned out only one working oven. Boy was I unhappy .
I have to tell you that despite these issues and our rather long wait there was no way I could give the store a really low rating though. It was all because of the young lady who was scheduled to work a three hour shift and ended up working from 11:30 am to after 5:30 pm that day (at least part of, if not all of which she worked alone). I didn’t get her name but in my opinion she exemplifies all the great traits of a highly customer service oriented, employee. Subway should commend her for the outstanding job she did and how she represented them.
Despite all that was going on and how busy she was she ALWAYS kept a positive attitude! She welcomed each person who came in with a smile on her face and a happy tone in her voice. She kept up with the bread making between the customers, excused herself to do it and upon returning apologized for causing people to wait while she did it. She thanked each person for waiting, explained things were a bit slow as she was working the shift alone, and then apologized for their having to wait. It was obvious that she was giving 100% to help serve everyone as quickly as possible. However, she never treated anyone rudely or rushed them along as she completed each order.
It was amazing to watch and by the time our turn arrived I couldn’t help but be impressed by the service of this young lady! The food is much like any other Subway, which I like, but because of her and the people that were smart enough to hire her I rate this Subway five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had ordered from this subway multiple times by delivery. Although the food is good the order is never right. Made on wrong bread and items substituted. Why have items on mobile app if the store doesn’t have the items.

EDIT: Heard back from the owner a day after the complaint was filed with the company. She assures me that the long wait time has been remedied. I’ve updated the review to reflect the change.
Waited 35 minutes for a foot-long (mainly due to understaffing and slow service from the one employee), and sadly this isn’t the first time that’s happened. In the past two weeks I have been there four times and I had to wait longer than 20 minutes two times. I love subway, its the only place I regularly go to for fast food, but one more time and I’m done.

Ordered online and waited til my pickup time just to spend and extra half hour (not kidding) waiting standing in line just to tell the ONLY worker in the store to start making the online orders because mine is in there and it was supposed to be done 45 minutes ago, he then acted agitated like it wasn’t his fault he neglected the online orders for the better half of an hour.
