Definitely a busy place but I was helped right away and I had a question about merchandise that the cashier didn’t know off the top of their head, but they were very helpful and friendly about finding the answer for me. Even though it was very busy they were calm, cool and collected. Thanks, Grace!! I decided to try the peppermint mocha, and it was very minty and yummy . Also, because they were so busy, I noticed they were calling out names of ppl whose orders they were in the process of working on, so you knew the status; I really appreciated this!

Literally my second visit and no drink.

The first time the person didn’t know what I was ordering, even though I had ordered at the two other locations in Westerville with no issue.
I can’t explain how to make it, I just said the 10 worded name lol y’all supposed to know.

Tonight I show up at 8 pm and I guess they are closed…I say guess because the drive through is lit up like they are open and there are no hours posted –

The girl at the window could have at least acknowledged that they were indeed closed to me. The other lady was still walking around with her headset/mic on.

Posted hours is my recommendation.

Regardless the one on Cleveland is open and there won’t be a third attempt at this location!!!

SJ was extremely rude and hostile towards me, arguing with me over making my drink wrong. She was angry that she made my order wrong, so she tried to explain for over 5 minutes how I ordered wrong. She then proceeded to complain to her coworkers about me in front of me, when all I said was my drink was supposed to be hot and she gave it to me cold. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service if she’s that angry over her own mistake and takes it out on people.

On 8/28/2025 we placed a mobile order around 730A with estimated pickup around 745A. We arrived at 745A and there was a sign posted on the door instructing mobile orders to go to the drive through.

The drive through was at least 15 cars long and I needed to get my kids to school by 8, so we couldn’t pickup the order.

My daughter was disappointed because it’s her birthday and Starbucks before school was a small birthday present for her.

Compounding my frustration, the app has no easy way to get a refund.

If the store is short-staffed, they need to either

A) indicate in the app that mobile orders are not allowed

B) put a sign on the door that says the store is open for mobile pickup orders only

Once you accept a mobile order for in-store pickup, you have an obligation to produce the order and allow the customer to pick it up in-store. Going through the drive thru defeats the purpose of the mobile order.

Simply stated: don’t go to this location, you’re better off visiting the kiosk in Giant Eagle across the lot.

I have a standing healthcare appointment in the area and on NUMEROUS occasions have stopped by for a pick-me-up only to find the store closed or out of basic items. Today was the final straw; I stopped by as a treat to my daughter for hot chocolate on a snowy day (and my normal drink of choice which of course they did not have). After leaving I cracked the lid to allow the drink to cool to find that the drink wasn’t even full! No, this isn’t after a sip, spill and even as room for whipped cream goes this is unacceptable.

The staff is always friendly, I will grant them that much, but don’t waste your time or money. In contrast, I stopped by my neighborhood Starbucks and got my usual (which was filled as expected without a need to raise an issue).

I found this location on a whim while taking my kids to an appointment in Westerville. The first visit was on my birthday & second one the day after. Both Chai lattes were delicious, no one forgot to add my food & the service was amazing!! I love the happy faces drawn on the cups – thanks so much, made me smile . Appreciate everyone who helped add excitement to my usually monotonous mornings

the barista named Sania was the sweetest! when i ordered on the app + paid but called to cancel it (my car broke down), she took my name and offered me the drink for free once i was able to get my car fixed! super kind and service was so quick! i come here all the time and it’s always clean and calm.
