I just started going to Wawa for food & the first few times it was fine, but today around 2 o’clock, it was busy, and I ordered a beef steak bowl with rice and beans, avocado, which cost extra and extra salsa which cost extra too. I took it home & it had no beef or avocado or extra salsa. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU GET IT !!!

I had a terrible experience. I was walking through the door this girl Brianna that was on the drink station was talking disrespectfully while I was ordering my coffee. She kept saying “it’s funny how this girl walked in here and she kept running her mouth”. She ended up making my coffee and I ended up throwing it out because I thought she did something to it. I’m very disappointed with my service I got and I refuse to come to this store because of her. I don’t think she should work there because I had horrible experience and I used to work with her at walmart she’s nothing about drama. So I would appreciate if you fire her with how she was speaking when I came in. That is not customer service material.

I do recommend that they do need to clean just a bit more on tables near icees or where you order things.Lastly the atmosphere is amazing and it’s nice and welcoming. Extra points for being open for 24 hours.

Ordered a milkshake for curbside pick up, waited 20 minutes and nobody came out so I went in and it was just sitting there completely melted with nobody around. Had the guy remake it when he finally came back out from the back and it was filled to an inch and a half below where it should have been and barely mixed together, I went up to the cashier to see if that was just normal for this location and she got snotty and said “well it is filled and mixed the right way, I made it myself” even though I just watched the other guy make it.

Coffee is never kept up , ordered fries and they were ice cold. Except for four employees , everyone is rude . Maybe take some tips from the Cove Rd Store.

I’m not sure why I keep going and buying a smoothie from this place, just to get ENTIRE pieces of fruit inside preventing me from drinking the beverage. The first time it happened, I just asked for a new one, but this time I’m leaving a photo and a review. It’s called a smoothie, not a chunky. Get some enthusiasm or fix your blenders.

The dishes are cooked differently. The first hot bowl I ordered was the same size. But when I decided to add extra onions and fresh salsa to it, they literally replaced part of the portion with these paid dopes.
I also spent about 350 reward points hoping I would get a free coffee, but it turns out the self-service terminal doesn’t count those qr codes and invalidates them.
I lost a bunch of rewards and coffee. The cashier couldn’t help me at all, just stood there looking at me.
But I still want coffee, right? I ordered an already full portion of coffee for money, waited 15 minutes for my order and got nothing until I asked the guy on drinks – then they made it for me.
I spent about 35 minutes of my life at your place to get everything I want – that’s an awfully long time. I’ll try a different location next time.
At Dunkin, they always give the coffee away in 15 seconds! But not 15 minutes, the horror.

Normally had a great experience. Focusing g on the food, it was not good at all. There has been a decline in quality since hiring new staff. I attached a picture of my sub with double meat. It’s always good when jobs open up but the quality of service you provide should not decrease.
