Sorry to say this but not a huge Subway fan. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I think this was my first time going over there. The food was decent. The service was great. It being in a gas station or any food place that’s attached to a gas station has always kind of bothered me. But aside from that it was an average Subway.

This is my first food review ever, and that’s how catastrophically bad this experience was. Subway is FAST FOOD. The entire point is speed. Instead, I stood in this store for 45 minutes and never even got to order before walking out.

There was ONE employee working (Nayquan, I believe), and he was the only competent person in the building. He was overwhelmed, clearly abandoned by leadership, and still busting his ass. He deserves a raise. This disaster is not on him.

This is a pure management failure. Scheduling one employee during rush hour is not an accident, not bad luck, and not a “call-out issue.” It’s laziness and incompetence. If someone called out, the manager should have covered the shift themselves or found backup. That is literally the job.

Instead, management chose to let the store collapse, waste customers’ time, and burn out the one employee who actually showed up. That’s not leadership — that’s hiding while everything falls apart. Whoever is responsible for running this location should not be managing people or a business.

Nearly an hour wasted, my workday wrecked, and not even food served. This place makes a joke out of fast food and should embarrass anyone associated with it.

Absolute clown show. Never coming back

This is an excellent Subway location, and I will be coming back for lunch regularly. The food is always prepared correctly, tastes fresh and delicious. The inside and outside of the store are clean and well maintained. They accept coupons and have everything stocked and tidy. Shout out to Dylan who rapidly and expertly made a really great sandwich and was very friendly, communicated clearly and ensured I had all the toppings I wanted.

Always running out or low on ingredients. Never seem to be able to keep the help they need. Place not set up for getting on line orders done and the people who are actually there done. A complete ludicrous spazmess. Ive never seen the management but once, and he did nothing but interfere. I really feel sorry for the help because they’re there working with nothing three quarters of the time. The young ladies outperform the guys by alot. So sad, too bad.

Come here about once a month. The POS terminal is now forcing tips among customers! Seriously, tipping fast food workers FOR DOING THEIR JOB! Ridiculous. HERE IS HOW TO GET AROUND THIS SCAM:

1. Tap “other”
2. Type in $0.00
3. DONE!
4. Tell the worker to bring it up with their employer if they want a fair wage.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with 2 employees running around and no other customers in there and no one said a word to me. I understand that finding good help is hard, but God bless. Might have had my camouflage hoodie on and blended into the walls or something.

Wow this place is terrible now. Had one kid working and he was behind like 8 orders while his coworker sat and talked on her phone. I ordered “The Monster” and it had 2 slices of onions on it, 2 slices of green peppers lol judge the picture on your own and see if that is appetizing.

Ashley truly impressed me! She prepared a fantastic salad that I can genuinely say is among the best I’ve ever tasted. I never expected such quality from Subway! It was fresh, flavorful, and delightful! The location was clean, and I will certainly make it a point to visit again whenever I’m in the area.

What a joke! There was only 1 employee working at lunch time and he acted like he just woke up! No personality at all! The first sub we ordered they didn’t have the ingredients for. Then he tried to make both subs at the same time and got the ingredients mixed up. I ended up with my husband’s jalapeños! That was a shocking surprise! The ingredients were not fresh. Then even the drinks even tasted terrible. They just need to close this store and not pay people to work with bad attitudes!

Subway on Pritchard Road always offers excellent service, and the food is made correctly and is good. The atmosphere is a 3 only because it’s a sandwich shop attached to a gas station/ convenience store. The restaurant is always clean.
