Just got back home with my order. The honey mustard sauce wasn’t in the order at all. 2 of the chicken sandwiched were supposed to have bacon and tomato. One of the wrappers had bacon marked one it. But no bacon and no tomato on any of the chicken sandwiches. And this was after he had trouble finding my order. It’s a 20 min drive back that I will not be making. So I now know to break the seal and check the food in the parking lot. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. Thanks for screwing me out of $1.50. And thanks for making tonight’s dinner a disappointment tonight. I dont lose my crap over mistakes as long as they are fixed. No answer meant no refund for the bacon and tomato I was charged for but didn’t receive. Smfh.

Greeted as I walked up to the counter. Very friendly. Asked what side and if I wanted sauce with the onion rings. The onion rings are small which is perfect size for dipping. There were twins helping us they both were very helpful.

I keep giving this place a chance and they always disappoint. Waited at the speaker for several minutes and the worker seemed annoyed I was ordering food. He didn’t repeat the order back. Then we got our food and the 2 burgers I ordered plain each had sauce and pickles on them. They didn’t put our jalapeño cheddar bites in the bag at all. They advertised that they had ‘Sonic’ toys in the kids meal but they didn’t have toys at all, just the kings crowns. When will they get it together? Theirs burgers are really good though.

NASTY !!! Double whopper combo and it had 1 inch thick onions on it. The coke selection on the machine did not work so I was a burden to the so called manager to get it filled and a refill. The tables were very sticky and nasty. Cold food , dry meat. Never eat here you can get better food in jail.

Do yall like actually try to do your job? Sorry but it’s not hard to make a sandwich properly and how it’s ordered. Forgetting multiple things is absolutely annoying and ridiculous having to drive back just to get food you already paid for, while the rest of your food gets cold; also how do you mark the proper sandwich on the wrapper but still make it wrong???? Get it together. Expensive as hell to be playing around being annoying.

The wait is usually 30 mins or more. No exaggeration, I have never gone through the drive thru and an order has been completely right. Wrong drink, missing items, swapped items, everything on the whopper when I asked for cheese only, etc.

Burger King has continued to disappoint me over the last few months. It doesn’t matter if you order inside, drive thru, in person or if you use the app. They will manage to screw up.
There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru line. It took about 30 minutes before I made it to the speaker. Once I received my food and made it home, we found that we were missing frys and there was no cheese on our whoppers. The Mini Cinnamon Rolls were not cooked through. The only good thing I can say about this order is it was warm.
You can not “Have it Your Way” at this Burger King. If you do decide to order from this location, I’d recommend ordering everything you want twice and you could get lucky and get 1 of each item you did order although it will be a coin flip on whether you get cold or warm food and you will be guaranteed to spend a solid 30 minutes waiting to see what your order is missing.

I’ve come to this Burger King many times. Today I had a great experience with Diedra. She was very polite and welcoming. She has the best customer service I’ve really seen in a long time. I was super excited to see that she truly cares about her customers. I hope they keep this GM there. She seems to have what it takes to keep this place getting better than what it was before she came along. Definitely will be going back to see her again to get great service she gave.

It’s rare you have to throw away literally everything you ordered for a family of four, but here we are. Nuggets hard and burnt, cheese sticks burnt and empty with cheese hardened on the outside, over-cooked burger hard as a rock, and two inedible chicken sandwiches. It’s like they’re trolling customers at this location. Lol.
I wouldn’t even be posting this had this been the first time or if it wasn’t like this before the pandemic even. They didn’t care in 2019, and they don’t care now. Not even sure if they read these, but hopefully the owner will take a glance at some point and get them to make an effort. I won’t be back but maybe future customers will benefit some quality control.

Let me say first off I am a big B.K fan, The area this store is in frequent alot so from multiple experiences I can say that this store will leave you seating at the order box sometimes for 10+ minutes without there even being a line. This store always seems too have short staff issues and rude behavior on a fairly consistent basis but if I was the workers I would probably be rude as well being short staffed and stressed. All of the fast food restaurants around them are well staffed so I would say it’s a chronic ownership/leadership issue. This store is in a great location and could make a lot more money and win people back if they made real changes.. Food is hit out miss most the time is a gamble if it’s fresh out not especially in the morning!
