I like that this is a grab and go location more so than pay and stay. I have been to this location twice and both times my breakfast was mediocre at best. I won’t even touch on prices because everything these days is out of hand. Service was good and they were all kind. The food was just not up to Einstein standards. The best part was the Hazelnut Vanilla coffee.

First time going to this establishment. My son and I went after getting groceries around 10 am.
We were first in line when arriving, we ordered two Texas brisket bagels. Then stood and waited for my name to be called. After everyone that had arrived after us left I went to the counter to ask about our order. The gentleman asked me what I ordered and I told him. He replied “no one told you we are out of and baking more jalapeño bagels.” I responded “no, but OK, just making sure we weren’t missed.” After a 45 minute wait our food was ready!! They called my name and we grabbed our bag ready to run, only to be greeted by TWO FREE SANDWICH coupons and sincere apologies for the wait!!! My brisket sandwich was a little short on meat, however it was my first visit not knowing what to expect. The food TASTED amazing and we will return to try again!!

I came in with my boyfriend looking for a brunch kind of pick-me up meal and the employees working all made a fantastic impression upon me, the woman zoie who was working the register was very kind to my boyfriend and I and she was very helpful with navigating the menu while holding very engaging small talk. Her and the other employees also gave us our food in a timely manner and it was fantastic to say the very least!

I don’t write reviews often but man this location just is not great. I was so excited that a new Einsteins was opening closer to my house instead of driving up to the location on Harrison, but I’d rather still go to that location because they employees are so nice there. I’ve been to the Wall location several times and the customer service hasn’t been great and often times I go my order is wrong. That’s fine, whatever it’s not going to ruin my day. Today I went, got a couple items for my family and I, one item was wrong (my family loves the OJ that Einsteins has, and not the bottled one) so I waited in line to simply ask if I could switch the drink out that they gave me for the correct one that’s in the fridge. When I asked the older lady at the register, she gave me such a rude look, just over asking to switch out the item for the one I ordered, and the younger girl next to her laughed and said “what?” To the employee at the register like I wasn’t standing right in front of them. I know it sounds silly to replace a bottled orange juice for the one they make at the store, but that’s what I ordered because my family loves it. I replied that all I was asking is if I could trade out the item I bought and they were just so rude about it. I was shocked. They didn’t even have to do anything, it was just me switching them. It costs nothing to be nice, and all I wanted was what I ordered online. Just keep going to the Harrison location, it’s worth the extra miles to go there.
