We are thrilled to have a Tropical Smoothie Cafe open up in our community after discovering them when we lived in Georgia. We needed a healthier, lighter option in the area. We’ve been several times since opening and the employees have been friendly and efficient. Ordering on the app is quick and easy. Glad to have you guys here!

I was there for the grand opening today, and the amount of entitlement from all of these grown adults, yelling at all the TEENAGE tropical smoothie employees who have no control over how many cards they are given was ridiculous. They all still worked extremely fast and tried to get all orders out while these adults acting like children swarmed the lobby. And yet the staff still managed to be smiling, and treating me with so much kindness. And my smoothies were absolutely delicious! So happy to see a healthy option out here!

Stood in line for 1.5 hours as part of the grand opening to receive free smoothies for a year only to find out they honored online orders to meet the first 150 people. Absolutely awful customer service to not reward customers who showed up in person and waited hours. In addition they didn’t come out to inform people waiting in line, they were waiting for us to come in one by one to inform us online orders filled the first 150 customers. If this is how they reward customers who showed up to support the grand opening in person then they don’t deserve my business. I will not be returning or supporting this business in the future.

I spent nearly 3 hours standing in line—physically present, on-site—specifically to be one of the first 150 people to claim the “Free Smoothies for a Year” promotion. I did my part. I was easily within the first 100 people in the physical line.
However, after wasting my entire morning, I was told the limit had already been reached because online orders were counted toward the 150-person limit.
Are you kidding me? You cannot run a “first in line” promotion and allow people sitting on their couches to take spots from those of us actually showing up at your storefront. If you are going to advertise an in-person event, the rewards should go to the people IN LINE, not online.
This is a massive oversight, a slap in the face to your loyal local customers, and a complete waste of my time. You need to address this policy immediately and fix it before you lose your core customer base. I won’t be coming back until this is made right.

Smoothies are decent but nothing special, especially when you consider the price. Service isn’t very good though

The smoothies & food are good, prices are fine, the place is clean, and the people working there are nice & quick. The people who left negative reviews are the ones who were at the grand opening and had a big tiff. I was there too- the workers didn’t deserve what this lady was dishing out to them. We’ve gone there pretty much every day since they opened ….. maybe because we have a big smoothie problem. They’re good
