I can’t really agree with the other negative reviews. I bought a bagel here during a layover before my international flight, as the other food options at the B concourse didn’t really appeal to me. The service was friendly, and after ordering, the bagel was freshly prepared quickly (Everything Bagel with turkey and cheese). Of course, the prices aren’t exactly cheap (just like at any major airport), but my bagel tasted good and had a good amount of toppings. A good option for a quick, tasty, and reasonably healthy snack.

This place is actually great. I got a sandwich on bagel and the veggies were super fresh. Whole thing was flavorful and a pleasant surprise when I was starving for veggies before a flight. Really quick too. And a great bagel! Can’t speak to their normal breakfast stuff but I enjoyed enough to rate airport food, which is saying something.

Staff: The staff was nice. They were talking about music and having a good time. One gentlemen was signing to a mop and made the experience enjoyable.
Building: The area in the airport is spacious and very well taken care of.
Food: plenty of food to choose from.
Parking: plenty of parking.
Star rating: 5 because of the price and the usefulness of the products.
I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.

I clearly ordered a “Sausage Sunrise” and I believe the employee even repeated it back to me but later he tried to hand me a sandwich that he said was Bacon and I shook my head and repeated my order and he kinda tossed the bacon sandwich to the side and started over..then I had to wait longer than other people..upon eating my sandwich I had the following observations: the bagel was thin and had a faint plasticy smell. The egg reminded me of hotel eggs. The cheese was not centered. The whole sandwich tasted bland overall and I got the sense it was low quality ingredients. So, poor service and poor food. I would not return. What a disappointment. It looked good from the outside.

What I have to say is about this particular location and not Great American Bagel as a whole; they have some great locations and menus.
However, this location at Terminal 1 has really gone downhill. It’s a shame because it use to be my favorite spot to grab a bite when at the airport. A few years ago they had a decent menu selection and friendly staff. Recently, and even today, I’ve noticed that their food selection has gotten smaller and the staff seems to be bottom-of-the-barrel. I went there today and this scruffy-looking employee emerged from the back hugging an armful of diet cokes, running to their fridge to restock it while the cashier just laughed at him, as well as my reaction to the scene. When the cashier asked me what I wanted I just turned around and walked away; I had seen enough. Word must be getting around about this place because I haven’t seen a line at this location in a long time, whereas a few years ago there was always a line. The brand new sandwich place right next door was packed today at the same time that Great American Bagel had nobody in line. This location either needs to improve to its former self or just close down.

Took about seven minutes to stand in line, order, pay, and get a cinnamon raisin toasted bagel with butter.
Overall, was very happy with my bagel. Style is bready and airy. Plenty of butter and nicely toasted. Would come back again.

Very rude behavior from the staff working the counter, African American female and a Hispanic male with long-ish hair, perhaps in a bun. This was at approximately 8:30-8:45 AM on Monday September 29th. They yelled at multiple customers to hurry up and place an order without giving them a chance to look at the menu. In addition they rolled their eyes when asked to be given a chance to see the menu for a moment and kept saying “Next, next, next!” A formal complaint will be filed! You’re making minimum wage, so lose the high and mighty attitude!
