My first time trying Marco’s pizza. I did an online order for carry out. Easy process which was convenient. I scheduled my carryout time and it was ready right on time. Pizza was nice and hot. I didn’t really care for the taste of the pizza but the kids liked it so that helps with my review. Not sure I’ll order again but it was nice to try something new.

I originally placed an order for delivery but I got a call from Raphael (Rafael?) that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today and if I wanted to switch it to pickup. It’s close so I had no problem picking it up. When we went to pick it up we found this kid working the entire store by himself, answering phones, making pizzas, greeting customers. He didn’t have a bad attitude and was patient and calm with a great positive attitude. Our food came out better than it ever has before when ordering here and it was just him working there. I don’t know how much they pay him, but it’s not enough. That type of work ethic is not around these days and when others would have just quit or let the rude customers beat them down, he didn’t.

I placed an order online. I went to pick up my order and had to wait over 10 min. There was nobody inside the restaurant. While me and 3 other guest were waiting 2 guys came from the back saying they were outside talking to the distric manager. There was no apology or anything given due to the long wait. I ended up getting a refund.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered online and notice my order was taking longer than expected. The tracker wasn’t updating, so I called. Called five times, no one ever answered the phone. My calls were all during normal business hours. Called back and was on hold waiting for 47 minutes!!!! No answer!!! By this time it’s after 10pm, they are now closed. No pizza, no call, no refund!!!! This location is the worst!!! The customer service is horrific!!!

I ordered a pizza at 9:10pm. At 10:08pm someone called me and hung up. I called the number back and it was Marcos calling to tell me they were closed. An hour after I placed an order they tell me they’re closed…seriously. When I asked if they were closed when I placed the order why didn’t they decline it or immediately call me the response was “I don’t know”.
The whole experience was wildly unprofessional. It seems to be a trend with this store so I don’t feel bad for leaving this review…definitely won’t attempt to order from this location again.
