This was out of the food truck that comes to USA Parkway. I typically only write reviews when the experience is amazing or awful. Unfortunately, this instance is the later. I got a simple burrito. The meat was crunchy and flavorless. The rice was basically white rice also with no flavor. The beans were under cooked and likewise flavorless. You see the pattern here? There was literally nothing else in the burrito, which I find odd. Many standard burrito ingredients were nowhere to be found. It was haphazardly folded in a deteriorating tortilla that crumbled as I ate. Of which, I only finished half and usually I’m too cheap to not finish something I paid for even if it’s bad, but this was so bad I was personally offended. Despite the lack of seasoning, I feel my lower intestine on the verge of betrayal. So not only did I waste $15 on this “meal” I also will be using a half day of vacation to expel the demons this vile concoction has summoned. The truck did have nice lights and graphics on the exterior though.

Food tastes cheap and isn’t worth the money. The food in pictures look delicious but as soon as that food comes out, it looks nothing like the picture. Salsa is gross too and you have to use the salsa to make the food taste better. Don’t waste your money here

Got three asada tacos and 3 pulled beef tacos. They were very yummy, a little expensive and small portions. But very delicious, the lady taking our order was very kind and helpful. I recommend eating here! The view after you get your tacos is beautiful.

We tried Madelyn’s Tacos food truck up on Pyramid Highway and Highland Ranch Parkway. The tacos and burritos. All three: chicken, al pastor, and carne asada. The steak and al pastor were our favorites. The salsa is very spicy. Worth trying!
