When you compare getting 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas for $16 or so at dominos vs one crappy $18, 8” personal pizza at crux it’s a bargain.

Took an hour after our pizza was supposed to be done to get our pizza. The thin crust pizza didn’t have enough of the toppings. Didn’t have much flavor. The special order make your own was wonderful. The worst part was the excess wait time when we had ordered ahead.

I ordered three pizzas an hour in advance and still had to wait when I arrived. During that time, two employees were playing around instead of helping customers. It also took three employees to locate my order. This was a disappointing experience and not what I expect after planning ahead. poorly managed, especially after ordering so far in advance.

I ordered on the 2 feb and was so sick reason for orgering i forgot to give a tip when orderin. The delivery driver made sure to tell me and asked if i would tip . I was amazed you could see how sick i was and i found some cash and gave it to him but how truly ruthless of that guy. Have some compassion

I made a mistake and placed an order at the wrong location. The staff working on 1/27 at 5pm was so kind and got right on my order after helping me fix my mistake. Skip this place unless you like to wait over an hour for them to even start your order then tell you that you are lying when they ask if you checked in for the curbside delivery.
I ordered at 6:20pm. When i made the order it said to arrive between 7:05-7:16. I arrived at 6:54 and responded to the text that was was “HERE”. They put my order in the oven at 7:19! At 7:20 I went inside to ask what the issue was. I was told they were really busy and would get to it when they could. they then asked if i wanted to cancel my order. I said no, because i was already there and waited an hour for them to even start my order.
I then waited inside for a few minutes when the young boy came out with my pizza and asked if i scheduled for curbside. I said yes and that i checked in. Well, the order i made was missing the dipping sauce and when the boy went back to get it he came back to me and said “by the way, you did not check in”. At this point i had to put everything down and pull out my cell phone to show him proof of me checking in. Then he said he assumed i never did because 90% of the customers “ARE WRONG”
WHO SAYS 90% OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE WRONG! Never go to this place. waste of time, money, and peace.

Reliable and easy to find location. We are staying the night in town on our travel and wanted an easy dinner in tonight. Domino’s was right on the target for good creating our own pizza (thin crust, pepperoni, mushroom and olive). And the cheesy bread is always sooooo good. Food was right on time as I came to pick it up. Clearly a busy place with delivery and pick up. Staff was great and working hard to get things out and to the customers.

I went in and waited and waited and waited for my order. The phone rang non stop and all the workers ignored it. No explanations of why the orders were delayed or why the times weren’t right. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out. No one greeting customers. I understand they are busy but a “hello” might help! They also don’t welcome people walking in and ordering at the counter.

Most of the time the web site states they don’t deliver to my address. I usually have to call in but I try the web first cause there have been occasions it has worked. Today I call in and I am told no they won’t deliver because corporate is there inspecting them. Stated normally they would but not today. Pretty disappointing considering I only live five miles away well within city limits. But I will say thank you for helping me decide to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered from Uber Eats and had the grumpiest driver in existence. Got down to get my food 6 minutes after he arrived(mind you I live in a multi level complex and Uber eats does not provide accurate tracking for Dominos) I arrive to get my food and the guy is just rude and saying how I wasn’t here on time meanwhile I proceeded to say well I don’t have accurate tracking information from Uber eats it gives me an estimate. And he goes well you should’ve been here when it was delivered. The estimate Uber eats gives is a 30-40 minute window of arrival. I will not be waiting in my apartment lobby for 30 minutes (as I have done before with inaccurate tracking times) The food is great but maybe get better delivery drivers as I said it’s not an issue for me or him rather it’s the fact that Uber eats does not provide accurate tracking times yet was still berated and was disrespected by some dominos driver for something that wasn’t my fault.
