This was our go to place the past 5 years. Unfortunately it was sold during off season and it needs to get back to the quality it was before. The Gelati is wimpy at best. The custard is half the amount it was before. Small amount on the bottom of the cup then packed with ice and a squirt of custard on the top. It’s not enough custard. Customers can accept a change in ownership if quality and quantity stay the same. You can’t cheap out and give less custard. It also doesn’t hurt to be friendly to the customers. Just saying.

I came here to get the free ice on the first day of spring but they ran out of ice so ended up getting the custard ice cream with chocolate sprinkles but it was not free . Place is good just was disappointed when they ran out of the italian ices that’s what I really wanted . They have a large parking lot they share with the restaurant next door but it got crowded because I guess everybody else wanted to get a free ice too .

Me and my family of 4 were on line waiting to be served and when the server got to us he said “I have to close” Time was 8:40PM. I said it’s not 9:00 yet and he responded “I don’t get paid for working past 9:00pm” I said to him we will never come here again and also to the other 7 people behind us. I said I will speak to the owner about this and he just closed the window and left us there flabbergasted. To the owner: pay your workers for what they actually work. If your store closes at 9 pay your worker till 9:30 so he can properly tend to your customers. Every place that I know of stays open till the end. No warning was given and it was a total waste of our time. Never again…

Gilbert it’s just ice cream calm down. I was one of those people also waiting in line and I didn’t throw a fit. Clearly you’ve never worked in the service industry a day in your life. You have to understand that workers have to clean, take care of the things they need to do for the night before their shift ends. So it is completely normal for the worker to not be able to take more orders at the time.

I am a huge fan of Rita’s Ice Cream drove 15 minutes away to this location . Unfortunately the service was horrible. We are a family of 6 ( including 3 kids) the lady kept rushing us and making faces . When I comforted her she was very rude ! And didn’t even apologize. I regret coming here ! Waste of time ! She ruined our family time
