February 9 lunchtime. We decided to go to Subway for lunch. We walked into the lobby and stood there for several minutes and was not being helped I looked over the counter at one point and saw all of the employees in the corner. One appear to be sleeping and two of them appear to be on their phones. After standing there for several minutes I turned on my phone and started to record them. I asked them if they was enjoying their time on their phone to be acknowledged. One of the employees the one that appeared to be sleeping got up with a attitude and said she’s not rushing for anyone. She mumbled several things that appear to be derogatory under her breath. One of my coworkers chose to continue to order a meal and I chose not to order anything and get something from another location down the street. I will never go to this location again please watch video I’ve added to this site. This place should be a shamed of their self. Also PS the ice machine was not working as well not that I’ve ordered anything anyway.

I have never walked into a subway and had the employee making my sandwich on their personal phone the WHOLE TIME! Not even earbuds to be some what discrete, phone up to ear while handling orders! That’s just not acceptable customer service whatsoever!!! I’m surprised she even got my order correct as she asked what I’d like but continued to talk with her personal conversation On the cellphone.. not even as much as a greeting or have a good day us leaving!

So we arrived 20 min before they were supposed to close. I understand if they don’t have every single bread ready. No problem.
We were friendly but she decided to not speak anything beyond yes, no and we are out. Half of the items were not available (we are out… I highly doubt that). I asked if she can check in the fridge but she informed us that she has to leave (it was still before the closing time). She rang us up and was out before us (she is a fast store leaver) and locked up behind us.
Never experienced that in any Subway or commercial establishment. Whoever hired her should fire her and herself for hiring her in the first place…

After a lengthy trip, we were returning home and decided to stop and get something late (~9:00 PM) right before closing.
Even though we came in just prior to closing, the lady who served us was knowledgeable and very helpful. We ordered 1 sub sandwich and 1 pizza.
We drove home (about 12 minutes) and the food was still warm.
That’s the first time that I’ve ordered pizza from Subway…surprisingly tasty.

Bread was very old and dry. Hard actually. Tomatoes were soggy and lettuce was brown. Me and my son both had sandwiches from this location and had different types of bread and my son said his was hard and stale as well. So needless to say we will not be back. I mean come on how hard is it to rotate your product and give your customers fresh product…

Employee behind counter gave me the wrong cookies, obliterated my sandwich with so much mustard that i had to use multiple napkins to try and wipe it off to get close to an acceptable sandwich, was quite rude to my group and the customers behind me, and my friend i was meeting ordered a sandwich on his phone before before i even arrived there, walked in with him and i was able to finish eating mine and scroll through facebook for 10 minutes before he got his food

Got a sandwich made all the pans were iced over and all of the veggies looked old. It was confirmed once I tasted them that they were. Will never be back.
