Unbelievably bad – got the Gen Z stare as I was trying to just get a 6 inch sub. There was no one minding the place when I got there and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to show up. When they did the male and female pair wouldn’t look at me and the gal didn’t seem to know how to make a sub. She was asking me for the type of meat when I said repeatedly whatever comes with the named sub (and the section where the meat and cheese are supposed to be was completely covered and not viewable). One can only hope that they are not committing food waste by just throwing them out if they don’t feel like doing something.

Not a great experience. Waited almost 5 minutes while the guy working worked on online orders. When I finally got some help I tried to order the special with wheat bread, I was promptly informed it had to be exactly how the picture showed, with white bread. The veggies look dried out so at that point I just left.

i order 2 pizzas and a sub one cheese and one vegi. I was told by csr that I can only get 2 topping, so she gave me tomatoes and onions. Onion was literally counted and recieved about 1 per slice. Upon asking she said the owner doesnt want her to give out more so what’s the point of spending $450plus tax on this lil pizza when you can get a large size for $5.99 at dominos. Will not be coming back to this location ever again becuase these guys dont know customer service.

Ordered two footlong sandwiches for pickup at 6:45pm only to find the location closed. It was available to order from in the app with the official closing time listed as 9pm. Obviously, if the employee(s) had permission to leave early or if location hours have shifted, they are not at fault. However, both Subway corporate and the franchisee of this location have literally just stolen from me! Maybe I should came in unannounced sometime and take cash from the till or take sandwiches without paying; I can just walk away and tell them to call my customer service line and that I may or may not respond within the next 3 to 5 business days. Subway is literally one of the worst businesses on earth. Do not order from this store.

Nice location, the work place is kept clean and fresh,. Management keeps an eye out for freshness and its noticible. Was pleased with the service, the staff was friendly and quick to help. Even with a big rush for lunch they kept the line moving fast with 3 people.

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had, got the order completely wrong, didn’t even toasted the Sandwich. He used his hands to split the sandwich in half, I did an online order and I’m sure he used his hands to split it. The portions were really small. Adding a zero just because of the attitude of the service agent there. I don’t know what to choose, and I was just asking if I can make my own mix. He was like asking me sandwich what sandwich and here properly and I said 1 I don’t know the name of the agent, but it was the guy who was there on Sunday, May 25 evening 8:30 PM. He was like so rude and said no. The store is not gonna make good business if there are people like this around. Not going to this store again.

Hate to give bad reviews, unfortunately the Walmart location in Maple Grove deserves it. They put so much salt on the sub it’s hard to eat.
The employee #999997 (if that is even his #) was probably the worst, unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered. I said thank you right to his face and he just gave me a dirty look and walked away. This kid needs some serious training!

I ordered a foot long subway and I got the 6 inch one instead and I payed full price for the foot long. When I tried calling nobody picked up the phone, I tried multiple times but still no answer.
