Finally got a chance to try this Desi Halal Chinese truck option at Moosa Colony
We ordered Chicken Chilli Dry and Chicken Noodles
Both tasted just like back home.
Spice level was just like desi Chinese back home, very spicy!
If you are a medium spice level person just make sure to mention that.
I asked for medium spicy noodles but it was still very spicy for kids. So just be sure about that.
Will come and try the Sweet and sour chicken next time.

Tried the halal Pakistani-Chinese food from the food truck at Moosa Colony Food Truck Park (Highway 6 & Voss), and it did not disappoint!
I had the dry chicken chilli, noodles, and rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
The chicken had just the right amount of spice and crisp, and the noodles were deliciously seasoned.
The owner and her co-workers were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Their service added to the great experience. Hands down, this is some of the best Pakistani halal Chinese food in town.

Amazing food, I was literally not expecting this good food. We ordered shrimps delicious with mustard sauce. Chinese fried rice with chicken chilli.. awsome. Soup was okay. But overall love it. So satisfying to spend money and time there. Keep doing the same job please!!!

I went on Sunday night and bought noodles and chicken manchurian with rice. The quantity for both was ungodly. The noodles were cold, tasteless and reminded me of my time in the penitentiary. Manchurian was better but the sheer quantity of it was just appalling with very few small chicken pieces. I had high hopes as this is one of few halal Desi Chinese options but overall, felt like the worst end to the vacations.

Excellent Chinese halal food in Sugarland Texas in Moosa Colony area. During our 2 weeks stay in Houston we had this Chinese almost 4 times because the taste is just amazing… Specially Drum stick, chicken chilli dry and Manchurian is a MUST try. The owner is very hard working guy from Pakistan and handling everything alone so basically big respect for him

Definitely a hidden gem! I dont think there is another chicken chilli dry in houston like theirs. It is SOOO good! We discovered it recently and we have it atleast twice a week now. Its really worth it. Portions are great! Must must try!
