Haven’t been here in a while and let me just say it got way more expensive and the food is so nasty now. Save your money. The rice was greasy! I was given like 10 pieces of chicken , which for $16 dollars that they charged there should have been way more chicken. It was dry and my husband ordered steak medium and it was dry and so chewy it might as well had been well done. We only ate it cause we were starving. Oh and we waited 30 minutes for the food & correct me if I’m wrong but they used to give you salads with your order and now they don’t? Not worth the price IMO , I paid $39 and some change for two plates and a drink. For a bit more I could have gone to an actual teppanyaki place. They really went downhill in taste and quality IMHO. Service was fine.

First and last time spending $100 for terrible food. 1st. Teriyaki chicken should have teriyaki sauce on it but nope just bland chicken with zero flavor. The so called steak looked and tasted just as bad. Getting 2 small shrimps in the plate was embarrassing. I have pictures but looks like I can’t post them here.

The food is great but the customer service is horrible. The cashier purposely forgot to give me my sauce after just telling her I wanted something else. And after having to go back and get the correct sauce she seemed annoyed. Definitely overpriced for the amount of food they give you. The portion size in our bowls were pathetic for the price.

The food is way too overpriced. They basically only ever do takeout because there’s not enough tables or room on the inside. The employees are the best part about these place but even then, nothing spectacular. I would honestly recommend anywhere else before you eat here, there’s just nothing special about it. Their portions are horrible compared to how much they charge for their bowls.

I just got home and opened this $17 Special bowl which is supposed to be steak, chicken, shrimp. My bowl is mainly just rice. Very disappointing to open it to find I have only 5 pieces of chicken and barely any steak! Glad to know I paid $17 on rice! The total of everything we got was over $60, very disappointed!

To be honest the staff over here doesnt care about their customer or orders they stay busy in there own world chatting laughing doesnt never know the estimated time when does the food will be getting ready even after giving payment half hour gone still no actuall time. Please dont come here without order without ordering on phone. Even if there is any other restaurant better or equal to there taste go over there first and last visit over here…. Hope the owner have a look at there service to get it done on proper basis…

I was recommended this place by my tattoo artist, and he mad hyped them up, so it’s no wonder I was a bit disappointed when the experience had come to an end….
The food itself was FANTASTIC! (Although that could also be because i hadnt eaten all day..) but when I tell you that you will never have a better steak bowl elsewhere, I mean it. But for 2 bowls and one small side, it was over 40 Dollars…. it’s ridiculously over priced for the amount given.
Plus, you shouldn’t order here if you’re in a hurry – our wait time was over an hour. Thank God we lived close (walking distance).
Having said all this, I wouldn’t pick this place knowing Bowlzeye/Bowlseye is right across the street.

Literally bad food the quantity they gave for spending 17$ for a special bowl with steak , chicken and 2 shrimp is like there is only rice 90 percent only 10 percent these things. Like seriously, i called them and said if they have a solution, but that guy was like we gave 1 chicken tender and 2-3 oz of steak and that’s fixed, I don’t care what you sell. You are making fool of people firstly by giving name as special bowl and then asking for 17$ for such a small quantity and quality. I also said that am new to this restaurant please let me know what is best bowl, and this is what your best is.
I would strongly won’t recommend going here. Waste of money. Yes they also took 20 mins to cook this lol.

This was the first time me and my husband have been here. We ordered the tempura shrimp roll. It was amazing. We also ordered a New York steak bowl and a special bowl but the food is amazing a little bit of a wait but sitting here waiting there’s been numerous people come in and get food Would definitely recommend and will be back
