Brutally Fckn Honest Reviews
Stopped into Jersey Mike’s in Pembroke Pines to check out the hype behind the viral #7 Turkey & Provolone Mike’s Way (add pepper relish) on rosemary parm bread and the #17 Philly.
Let me start by saying the two employees working were patient, which I appreciated because I clearly did not know my way around ordering and was literally reading my order off a viral social media video “Influencer”
The place was clean, smelled ok, and even the bathrooms were decent, which always counts.
Now for the food. Flavor wise, it was good. I actually preferred the Philly over the turkey, and the pepper relish was the only MVP. Loved it so much I immediately wished I had asked for more.
In my opinion, the subs were scrawny. Not heavy on the veggies or meat. Definitely not giving “worth it” when it comes to the price to meat ratio. Good flavors, yes. Portion to price… questionable.
So now I’m left wondering- is this location specific, or is Jersey Mike’s just overhyped? I’m open to trying another spot, but this visit didn’t fully sell me.

Jersey Mike’s is always a solid choice, and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong here.
I usually order the #8, Mike’s Way, with chipotle mayo, chili relish, and bacon, and it comes out fantastic every single time. The ingredients are always fresh, and everything is put together perfectly.
I come here a few times a week when I need something quick and easy on the go, and the staff always does a great job keeping things moving while still paying attention to quality. Consistent, reliable, and delicious definitely one of my go-to spots.

The best service, not just of any mikes, but of food establishments in general. All the staff, especially the supervisor/manager, are just the kindest, most welcoming and attentive of places that I go to. Swear I’ve been coming here for months and they always remember me and care to check in. I think they sincerely care about their customers. On top of the sandwiches are great, the cleanliness of the place is top notch. This place is elite, I hope they continue to do great!

Food was the same as my local JMs. We stopped at the one in Pembroke pines today. The mens toilet was full and didn’t flush and no paper towels either. we had been on the road and wanted to wash our hands and use the facilities before eating and couldn’t. Told them about it and ordered. After we ate the restroom was still not working and couldn’t use it alot wash our hands properly before or after after eating (3 kids with us). Told 2 employees who said “I know I have to fix it” but never did… Thanks for the eunsanitary visit to Jersey likes. If I couldn’t properly wash my hands how were the employee? Yuck.
Also every table had been dirty and no one came out to clean any of them before or after people were seated. People were cleaning off their own tables. Ours was sticky. So we ate on the wrappers and tried not to touch anything… Thanks for a $60 lunch in filthy conditions…

Got a sandwich at this location for the first time. The guy put so little meat that I questioned it. Mind you, I usually have to ask them to stop putting more meat because I prefer more veggies. In this case I wasted $12 on a sandwich where I couldn’t even taste the salami. Won’t be back. When questioned he said that 8 pieces of salami was correct and said I could pay for more if I wanted. Thanks but no thanks the prices are already too much!

There’s only one thing better than a Jersey Mike’s sub – a FREE Jersey Mike’s sub (free with Jersey points). This new location is clean and staffed with well trained and courteous individuals. If you haven’t tried Jersey Mike’s yet, give them a try! Hands down, best sub franchise in the area. Oh and their hot subs are really amazing.

No napkins and no paper towels in the men’s restroom. Cashier rang me up looked at me like I was strange no interaction. I usually leave a tip but this time I did not because of the service. Dislocation runs way better when the manager is on site.

Place looked clean, people were pleasant and this would have easily been a 5 star review, if they were not trying to ROB the customers. I attempted to order a Philly steak sandwich with combo as an add on. Even though the sandwich is easily $17.00 before taxes, before tip, before combo cost, I said I would like sandwich plain but with lots of cheese. I made it clear that I was not going to consume their peppers, or onions, or mushrooms and only wanted bread, meat and enough cheese. The gentleman taking the order said I will charge you extra for cheese, i said I won’t allow that. He then made the decision to not provide great customer service and understand that the cost of a thin slice of cheese is actually less than the vegetables they were getting to keep. This is how companies & franchises fail. Don’t nickel and dime a client! Bad move. It’s not his name on the door, nobody is firing him for taking care of a guest and for not putting on a bunch of toppings that I won’t eat and dislike. Shame on the franchise owner, poor training by the general manager and bad decision making on the part of the young fellows that work there. Lost a sale, lost a tip, lost a customer and now earned a low review that goes along with a few others that I’ve seen from very unhappy customers

I hate leaving negative reviews but sometimes it’s just a necessary evil, the employee doesn’t take direction or made my sandwiches the way I asked. Drop mayo container on the floor, picked it up and cleaned it and did not change the gloves she was making sandwiches with. I asked for no tomatoes and what does she do… Adds tomatoes…. I paid for my subs and threw them out.
What a waste of $30

My first time ever trying Jersey Mike’s. So good.
Very clean restaurant if you want to eat inside, friendly sandwich artists, quick in and out in 4 minutes.
The quality and taste of their ingredients is so different from Publix or Subway.
I ate my delicious tuna “Mike’s Style” while playing golf down the street. So good
