I drive from Greenville to Seneca 5 days a week for work and I will SKIP every dunkin til I get to this one. AMAZING! The GM the staff all around THE BEST dunkin in the upstate. My coffee is always the same and fresh. I love it here

Ok so half the time the drinks are amazing, I always get iced matchas the same way every time. But the consistency of quality is severely lacking. Drinks that are half foam that aren’t supposed to have foam, my current matcha that tastes like a cup of milk and is barely green at all, to a funky chemical sweetness sometimes. Honestly I love dunkin and their matcha is my favorite but I might just have to give up, I go multiple times a week on average (2-3) and my drink is correct maybe one of the visits each week. Would post a picture if it would let me post a picture, look up home depots ‘green whisper eggshell interior paint’. Just can’t understand why a matcha is so complicated here, for them its milk and a presweetened powder.

Pretty sure the manager was taking my order through drive through and she was rude. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness in a drive through . I heard her whispering under her breath. Didn’t get my order right. I work in food so I understand being frustrated but not with customers.

The donuts where half stale, and squished, and the jelly donuts tasted sour, the coffee had a burnt taste. Even though it was the afternoon, at least change out your donuts, your a donut place for Christ’s sake. Only good if you are CRAVING donuts

Absolutely love our new coffee shop!! The employees are really nice, the restaurant is clean, The drive-thru is accessible, The lines are never super long and the weight is never long, My favorite choice is mobile order and when I tell you it’s fast, I mean they are fast! Really happy to have them in Seneca!

I was thrilled to see Dunkin’ arrive in Seneca! It’s conveniently located for a morning pick-me-up.
I tried the blueberry cold brew and it was deliciously sweet without any acidity. The Green Goddess wrap was a great pairing. My mom enjoyed the Iced Matcha Latte too.

Rude staff, no donuts
Walked into the Dunkin’ in Seneca about two hours before closing and they were completely out of donuts. No greeting, no smile—just a rude “we have no donuts” the second we walked in. Terrible customer service. This location clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. No wonder it’s always empty.

So keep in mind I always give the opportunity to fix a mistake. I have been drinking Dunkin iced coffee for decades and lived in the north. I also have been a General Manager for Dunkin. I love Dunkin more than the average person. I ordered my coffee the way I always ordered it. I very pleasantly explained to Michelle the coffee was disgusting and bitter. Michelle then argued with me that she had no clue what was wrong with the coffee. That she made my coffee herself and it was made correctly. I have no doubt that it was made how I ordered it but the coffee itself is not brewed by procedure, so therefore all the ingredients in the world can’t fix it. It will still be bitter. So I tried to clue her in and tell her that whoever brewed that batch of ice coffee didn’t follow the brewing procedure. She argued with me but brewed a new batch. I was at work so I had my partner pick it up. Where she then argued with my partner. Unfortunately they put sugar in my coffee and I don’t drink sugar nor did I ask for it. I urge the area manager please have a talk with this manager I would hate to see this store, that I have been so excited about fail due to being poorly operated.

Very friendly service. Only challenge is taking a left hand turn which requires going across four lanes of traffic so that can be a little tricky. But small issue everything terrific wonderful Donuts super staff Everything clean as a whistle
