Mary, the lady making sandwiches, was absolutely rude, to the gentleman ahead of us. No nicer to us. I felt bad for that man. It seemed to be a struggle for him as it was, let alone have her belittle him. The way she treated him was despicable. I hope she has no more bad days like today. If she does it be best for her to find a job that is not public.

Your website is horrible. Very slow. I tried to change my new card information and when I went to pay, it wouldn’t except it. This has happened before. Spent over 20 minutes trying to get my card to work. Didn’t happen.Sitting out in the car at 8:30, waiting on my order, outside lights turned off. Closes at 9:00. Seems to be a nightly thing.

The new employee who made our sandwiches did a really good job. The place was clean. Thank you very much.
Update: The quality and service has not changed. They did change the glass partition that covers the toppings though.

Stopped by to grab a quick sandwich – did NOT happen. NO customers and when we walked in the two employees were at the cash register area discussing a cleaning sanitizer. We stood at the Order Here counter waiting for several minutes until we asked if we could order. The female employee came down and started to take our order she was not happy! All the while we tried to order the cheese and veggies the conversation continued. Felt like it was interruption of the their important conversation about how to use the cleaner. Finally I told her that it was rude to continue their conversation instead of focusing on the order for a customer. Her reply was that she could be rude!!! Seemed to us she already had been!!! At that point I told my husband that we did not need a sandwich. I would wait in the car. About ten minutes later he came out with a sandwich. We will NEVER stop at the Lyons Subway again. Seems cleaning is more important than a customer!!!

It’s kinda getting run down looking. Staff were professional but not friendly. I got a bad sticker shock for two 6 inch cold cut subs two small bags of chips two cookies and two drinks I paid 24$.

One of the better subway experiences I’ve had.
The person working the counter actually took pride in how they made my sandwich, centering the ingredients and making sure to bring everthing fully to all edges of the bread. Sometimes it seemes like fast food help is completely untrained in preparation etiquette, this was definitely not the case today.

I like the ‘make-over’ very much. New decor is bright and inviting.
Suggestion: when there are customers waiting, step out of the back end and help wait on them. Don’t leave it to the one girl out front and let the line build up to five waiting people before you come help.

Do not order online unless you want to wait while they prepare the food when you arrive. I ordered at 4:30 online, arrived at 5:05 and was informed my order wasn’t ready because people kept coming in. Your online order is not a person. Got the completed order at 5:25.
Wrote a complaint and got a oops, we’re sorry.

It was the worst sandwich I ever had from a Subway Restaurant. I moved to Lyons, KS and ordered online and the sandwich was sloppy looking, they added everything i did not want and what I wanted they did not put on. i got sick an hour after trying to eat it. my husband’s sandwich was the same. They were rude also.
