This place is awesome with a great vibe and amazing service/hospitality. The food was absolutely fantastic! The fried cheese curds and marinara sauce were top notch. We had the Chicago thin crust pizza which was a perfect cracker crust pizza!! The chicken wings were fresh, big and meaty. The Mango Habenero sauce was more sweet than heat but really good. The staff was awesome and we spoke with the owners…Linda was fantastic and welcoming. Full liquor bar and pizza by the slice. The only way you could gi wrong here is by not checking it out!

Rosati’s is awesome, we are so glad that this restaurant opened in the neighborhood.
The service is excellent, we usually sit at the bar and Emily and Chance and all of the other bartenders and employees are super friendly and welcoming.
We tried the pizza the first time that we ate and it was delicious – classic thin crust. We ordered a large 16inch pizza for two of us and there was plenty to take home.
We had wings the next time and they were also delicious. They are jumbo wings – huge compared to most places – we split 12 and it was more than enough for two.
The bar is comfy and inviting – the whole vibe in there is great – everything is new and the TV’s are huge, great place to watch a game.
5 stars!

Being from Chicago, we were excited to see a Rosati’s open in our area. We went for the Packers vs Bears playoff game and had a great time. It was busy and we had to wait but the bartender took care of us . Food was great, pizza was a bit more thin then I remember but still very crunchy. Definitely going to return in the future.

Review for Rosati Pizza
This was our first visit to Rosati Pizza, and overall it was a solid experience with a few important caveats. The manager, Justine—who also happens to be an executive chef—was very receptive to feedback and genuinely cared about our experience. She even asked us not to judge them solely on our first visit and kindly provided a gift certificate, which we appreciated and will absolutely take them up on.
From a food standpoint, the pizza experience was excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate it a strong 9. The quality is definitely there. That said, the pricing is simply too high for me personally. An 18-inch, three-topping pizza was $34.49, which feels steep. For comparison, another Italian sports bar restaurant we frequent charges $28.50 for an 18-inch, three-topping pizza. While Rosati Pizza delivers quality, the value at that price point just doesn’t work for me.
As a business owner myself, I understand the delicate balancing act of pricing—covering labor, food costs, rent, and everything else, especially in today’s economy. I don’t believe Rosati Pizza is gouging customers; I recognize the pressures they’re dealing with. It’s simply a personal value decision.
From a sports-bar perspective, one thing they do extremely well is TV placement. There truly isn’t a bad seat in the house when it comes to watching a game. They have TVs everywhere and large, impressive screens at the front, making it easy to follow any sporting event from virtually anywhere in the restaurant.
It’s also worth noting that this is a smaller venue, so while it works well for small to medium groups, it likely can’t comfortably accommodate very large parties.
Another important point for sports fans: Rosati Pizza is clearly a Pittsburgh Steelers bar. If you’re a Steelers fan, you’ll probably feel right at home. If you’re a Denver Broncos fan (like we are), this likely isn’t the place to watch a game unless the Steelers aren’t playing. That’s not a complaint—just useful information for setting expectations.
There were also some service and operational issues worth mentioning. We tried calling ahead several times to confirm they could accommodate our party of five. Each call went straight to voicemail with a recorded message stating they were not making pizzas to go, with no option to leave a message and no way to reach a live person. The message essentially discouraged calling altogether. This was frustrating, especially since when we arrived, the restaurant clearly was not very busy and could have answered the phone if they chose to. Every other restaurant we frequent answers their phone, so this stood out.
Once seated, our waitress, Heather (I believe that was her name), had to ask us repeatedly for our order. I gently suggested using a pen and paper to help keep things organized. These are small, fixable issues, but they do affect first impressions.
That said, because of how professionally the manager handled our feedback, we will be returning for a second visit. I plan to update or amend this review after that visit to be fair and see whether these early issues have been addressed.

We ordered a thin pizza and Chicago style. $50. Our delivery was 30 minutes late and the pizza was not warm. I previously had ordered the cheese sticks, those were really good. Hopefully you guys can improve and stay a member of the community. I loved seeing you donate to the police dogs on Facebook.

We waited over 2 hours from the time we ordered to actually receive our pizza, even though we were originally quoted 75 minutes. Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t worth it. The pizza wasn’t very good and the texture was almost rubbery while eating. The dough nuggets were bland and really needed more flavor or seasoning.

The location was extremely packed, even just to pick up and online order. They definitely should have opted for a larger space to handle the volume of customers. I also think the company as a whole should seriously consider implementing an order tracking system, because then we wouldn’t have had to physically go there and stand around waiting and waiting for our order.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we probably won’t return since it didn’t feel worth the time or money.

Update: there’s a serious problem with pickup/delivery. There is no tracking and no accountability when we waited 2.5hrs for a delivery that was 3 miles down Orchard. How can we sell how good the pizza is when it arrives cold, dry, and worthless? We had one slice and threw it away, it was greasy cardboard. Figure. It. Out. The owner (with the Reagan/Bush hat) thinks he’ll just print money by opening a Chicago joint where pizza options are lacking, but service and consistency actually matter. On a previous visit we had the worst negronis on the planet and the wings were dry. How do you not have a jigger behind the bar when trying to charge $14+ for cocktails? The bartender actually used the bottle cap to “measure” a pour. The person I think is the manager will ignore and not make an attempt to acknowledge you while delegating every minute task to already overwhelmed employees. A couple next to us sat down without being acknowledged, got a water and menus 5 minutes later, got a beer another 10 minutes later, and a food order 10 minutes later. Really? Also, why have over a dozen TVs when they’re all on the same game or infomercial that no one cares about? The music has since gotten better, thank you.

All of these of these reviews, including mine, are while they’re still in their soft opening phase. In other words, they’re working out the kinks. In less than two weeks we’ve been there four times. We haven’t tried everything on the menu but the thin crust, italian beef, and dough nuggets are a hit. They have Old Style, Malort, and friendly service with a ton of TVs for the space. So, how about practicing patience to allow our new neighborhood spot to flourish. Cheers to pizza! Side note: Music choice does not have a classic Chicago vibe.

We’ve been in 5 or 6 times in the last few months and have had great service and excellent food. The first time the food took a little longer than expected, but was worth the wait. I understand they have added 2 more pizza ovens and other prep equipment since then, so the food times have been much better. I love having a Bears tavern in close proximity to my house so I can watch the games in a good atmosphere. I’m hoping they add a tap cider of some kind, but the cans they have in stock are good stuff anyway. Love Rosati’s and hope they stay around a long time.

We’ve been waiting for good pizza that wasn’t Dion’s and to get one that is both super well done and also Chicago style? Christmas came early this year! The pizza is very well done and offers two types of crust. We prefer thin as double crust gets a bit dry but overall, the pizza is very good and the only Chicago style I think in Denver (at least, that’s good quality).

We’ve also done the mushrooms, mozz sticks, and salad and the salad is weirdly the best of those! Highly recommend.

The service is still a bit out of rhythm (new) but they try hard and are super friendly. Prices are outstanding in general and specifically for this quality.

All in all, highly recommend.

Hey great legit Chicago tavern style and deep dish. The Italian Beef is very good as well. It seems the place is much busier than expected, which is a great problem to have. It is very busy during the dinner hours. I have always been able to find a seat at the bar. Service is great. Food does take awhile but, it should because it’s legit. Deep dish takes at least 45 to cook. If you are looking for the best pizza in. Colorado, this is the place. If you have a simple pizza taste, like Dominos, Little Ceasers, Papa Murphy’s, Pizza Hut, etc. this may not be the place for you. I also used catering here and it was awesome.
