Today I received the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hotline. I didn’t even finish it and threw it out and ate yesterday’s leftovers from my fridge instead. Order #0015-110. Won’t be ordering from Hotline again. Delivery guy was nice though.

Ordered the Xlg Taco cheese sticks, it was made within 10 minutes, for us to take home. It was a nicely browned baked set of cheese sticks, employees were attentive, and quick. Thank you!

Do NOT order from this company under any circumstances.
Their phone customer service is awful.
The representative rushed the entire call, did not care whether my order was correct, and ignored me when I repeatedly asked him to slow down.
When I called back to confront him about his rude behavior, he lied and claimed he wasn’t the same person, even though he clearly was. This level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable.

I decided to go outside my comfort zone and ordered a perogy pizza because it looked interesting. It is by far the BEST pizza I have had in forever! Oh so nicely garliced, not over powering, just smooth and has the perfect partner with the cheddar cheese and proper bacon! Omg it was so GOOD!!! The cutest little perogies, 3 to a slice with tiny dipping cups of sour cream! An XL is going to be 3 full meals for me it’s so filling.

Been there twice so far. It’s in a nice location and the pizzas were ready both times. The sun-dried tomato is way better than other tomato toppings, usually get that with some meats. The pizzas were both made well during the day and after midnight, service was good as well

Call center must be in India. Guy doesn’t even know what Henderson highway is, and didn’t seem to know what Winnipeg is either. It took 5 minutes just to get my address listed and then tells me “the everything” doesn’t exist! When I just got a flyer for it in the mail last week!!!!! You guys need to step up your service because at this rate I’m never getting pizza here again.

I tried to order a pizza and they said it would take 15-30 mins and sent me a text saying they would send a tracking link. Thirty mins later no link, no pizza. I call back “where my pizza?” They say my order was never confirmed, cuz they had to call me. (So why send a link?) So he asks if I still want the order, I say yes, he says they will call the confirm. He hangs up. One second later, I get a call asking to confirm my pizza order, it’s the same guy …. Why would they call back from a separate number to confirm my order (and it’s the same guy)? I already called, like yea, I want the pizza. He sends new link, hopefully.. .pizz

If only I can give 0 stars. I waited more than 20 minute before asking for a refund. And they hadn’t even made my pizza yet. It was 1 small personal pizza. It shouldn’t take more than 20 min to make. I watched atleast 8 people who ordered their food in person like me, get their food before me while I was still waiting and couldn’t wait anymore. When I asked for a refund the manager tried to gaslight me that’s it’s only been 16 min and was very rude about how I couldn’t tell time. Well looks like he’s the dumb one that skipped math class because I payed at 5:38 which is on reciept and asked for a refund at 5:59. Even if it was “only 16 minute” why did people who had much larger orders than me only waited 5-7 minutes and got their orders and why is mine not even in the oven. I watched so many come in and leave (those who ordered in person). they hadn’t even made my food yet and I had places to be. Terrible customer service (cashier who would tell others their pizza is almost ready but avoid eye contact with me and did t say a word to me) and a rude manager that obviously doesn’t know his math and can’t tell time.
