This place never misses. Every time we eat from here, the food is flavorful, hot, and clearly made with care. The portion sizes are excellent, especially considering how reasonable the prices are — you definitely get your money’s worth.
What really sets them apart is how fast everything comes out. Even when it’s busy, they’re efficient and organized, and you’re never left waiting long. It’s perfect for both a quick lunch or a casual dinner.
If you’re looking for delicious food, great value, and consistently quick service, this spot is absolutely worth visiting again and again.

The food was so good and really hit the spot. Husband ordered the black garlic oil tantan ramen and I had a combo meal of egg drop soup, gyoza, and chicken katsu curry rice. We especially loved the ramen because of how strong the garlic flavor is.
Service was great, it wasn’t busy so we got seated immediately and after ordering the food came out pretty fast. The servers were nice and polite as well.

We went to night 5/15/2022 and all the portions are huge. We ordered a family meal and other items so we spent more but we went with friends for that purpose. Their prices are actually perfect. We ordered extra drinks for afterwards as well. Only left with 1 take out box. Side note their salad is huge as well

Their set menu is incredible value for the amount of food you get, especially in hawaii. The food is also delicious. Got the ramen combo with mochiko chicken and I loved it.

For a first time experience at Rakumen Ramen, it was pretty good for a Ramen shop. It reminds me of another Ramen shop I previously attended during my high-school days after school hours. And because it comes as a very close friendly reminder of that old shop, I really do enjoy it. They even have a Tea Time Menu of drinks that you can add Boba or other listed toppings that they have.
My only thing is that, when I had their beef curry, it could have been a touch softer in terms of how well it was cooked, the meat was a bit on the tough side. So just saying they could have stewed it for a bit longer or added some kind of cooking agent to help the meat soften like pineapple or honey for example. But otherwise, it was still pretty good. Not bad for a first time. Not that big of a gripe (to me I’m not one to make a big deal out of it really. I don’t mind in all honestly, but this is my opinion in terms of review)
Other than that, the place is great! It’s kept nice and clean, it’s organized, and the bathroom especially is really nice and clean.
So please, I’m not sure if their bathroom is a public restroom, but be courteous, atleast order a Drink or Boba drink or food for on the go as it is only proper to order before asking to use a facility’s restroom. Thank you!

I ordered the ramen set A, and it came with gyoza, and I chose a chicken Katsu curry. The food was really good and the service is so polite and quick! I also got a milk tea and it is very good!

They are not kidding around with the portions here. If you’ve got a big appetite, this is the place. Flavors are good! Gyoza is super good. Happy hour will get you hooked up with some extra gyoza, so keep that in mind for when you’re ordering. It’s worth the drive even if you don’t live in the area but, and I cannot emphasize this enough, come hungry.

Top 5 Ramen on island. You get 4 pieces of Gyoza FREE during their Happy Hours. I’m around 250 and got a bowl with extra noodle. That right there filled me up nicely.
