Paid $12 for a wrap (which in itself is an astronomical price for a tortilla and some fillings) and it had next to nothing in it. Almost no chicken at all. They are jacking their prices and making their food smaller. I used to love Jimmy Johns but now I will not be back.

Sister was harassed by male employee with long blond hair for using there bathroom. I also went in used the bathroom and he comes and starts kicking the door while I’m in there, he also harassed me to! I am banned for a year because I used there bathroom without making a purchase, when there was no sign that said I need to make a purchase!Be aware of this guy in their he loves to harass people for the dumbest things you can think of. Jimmy John’s is our go to when we get fed up with wrong orders and poor service. When we need to be reminded that customer service and quality can be affordable for a $6 sandwich business it raises questions of why can’t others. Jimmy John’s never disappoints. Thank you!

Love me some Jimmy Johns but every single time I order a pick up they forget an ingredient on the sandwich. Doesn’t matter if I’m in Minneapolis or Duluth. They always forget the hot peppers at the least. Gotta start opening the wrappers before I leave haha.

Staff is great and friendly, sandwiches were great, manager’s head is missing as he still does not welcome customers to eat inside. Get over yourself dude, employees don’t have to wear masks, customers come in to order. You have like 5 tables. Go clean them, you’re not preventing anything by not hosting your costumers.

I went to this Johnny Johns on 1/26/21 between 5:30-6pm. The woman at drive thru was incredibly short and not very friendly. After I finished ordering my first sandwich, she automatically assumed I was done ordering. I ordered two #15 the Club Tuna. Do you know what I received? Two turkey blt with no lettuce. VERY UPSET.
