The day shift managers are always delight. Fast, friendly and always go above and beyond for me. I go past 2 other subways to go to this store. The veggie unit is always stocked and the food quality is great compared to other stores I have been to. Keep up the great work!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smell that I thought I have never smelled before. Each table was very clean with enough seats for up to at least 2 people. As I inched closer to the sandwich ingredients, the smell got stronger. When I looked at the beautiful ingredients, I couldn’t help but notice the variety of which I could pick to put on my sandwich. As I looked up, they had a menu like McDonald’s. The sandwich tasted perfect with my customized ingredients. Overall, this place is pretty good.

Terrible owner. Does not allow his manager to handle complaints and instead has manager provide his mobile number. I left several text messages, since he doesn’t answer his calls and he just ignores them and doesn’t respond. My complaint is about refunding the 3 dollars for a stale and stiff churro. Just so you know, pass on the dippers for there is so little ingredients in them but a rolled up giant tortilla. My complaints about this owner will be sent to the Subway corporate office.

I am very disappointed with this store I had placed an order on online and none of the sandwiches were toasted at all. And when I called there to complain the lady lies to me saying that they were toasted and that the bread will go soft after toasting it. I work for Subway and I know that is a lie then saying that they were sitting there for 30 to 40 minutes till I picked them up which is also a lie because I live 5 minutes away and I placed the order at 5:40 and was picked up at 5:50 so yeah that was another lie. Please people don’t go this subway there is nothing but liars there. Please go to a different subway so that way you can get your food done the right way

This place should be shut down. The workers only get to have 1 I repeat one drink per shift and that’s sad. Upon my visit today Saturday September 10th 2022 the drink fountain was out of order,and they don’t take coupons. I hope the employees working there today find better employment, because this ain’t it.

This location is the only one to consistently make the orders EXACTLY as requested. We do a lot of mobile orders and the other locations completely ignore the “notes” section. I’ve never heard “we’re out of that bread” like you do at several other locations. The staff is friendly. It’s nowhere close to my home, but i go out of my way to order there because of the service.

Clean, fast and convenient. Very upset that they don’t honor app deals at all. I usually drive to downtown Hebron instead of the close one by I-65 just for this reason. Takes me a half hour instead of 6 minutes, but i can’t see not saving money. Don’t like to support this store for this very, and only, reason.
