I’ll be blunt.
The food was delicious with my extra lettuce and the light amount of sour cream.
But the issue is the serving sizes as there are barely any beans, with extra carnitas on the least it looked like a single portion & barely any rice at the bottom of the bowl.
If I add more to the bowl dont just make it fit the bowl PUT the correct portions in the order

Fantastic experience yesterday, Sunday November 9th in Sioux Falls, SD Louise Ave location. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had just had Qdoba for the first time in September, at a birthday party that had a buffet of it. How have we been sleeping on this fantastic food! The gentleman who helped us was so great and patient with my elderly Mom and I. It was our first time ordering there so we were really scanning the menu and unsure of a couple of things. He was so kind and the food was outstanding! Now I just need someone to open one up in Yankton, SD!

We eat here around once a month and we have only had one bad experience here in the years that we have visited here. The interior is wide open with some booths and tables for seating. The staff is nice and the place is usually clean. If you order online for carryout skip the line and go directly to the register on the right. Ordered food to go. The worst ever! The chicken was burnt so bad it was inedible. It ruined the entire burrito bowl. The service was sub par. The staff could have given a crap about knowing anything about the condiments. It was pathetic. Won’t be back for a long time and it was a waste of $30! So disappointing and frustrating!

Ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and got a burnt thing with no cheese. There was no cheese on the inside of my damn food. This place is constantly an issue. This is the worse place when it comes to service or the employees doing their basic jobs.

We ordered food from this Qdoba and the service was a complete joke. They charged us $34 for three dishes that did not include any beans. Every dish we ordered says it comes with beans and I ended up eating a veggie burrito that just had brown rice and gauc. $8.15 for a rice burrito? Huh? Then the manager refused to give me a full refund even though they messed up every dish that we ordered. So I got the worst service I have ever got in Sioux Falls when they messed up all of the orders in my family and then refused to refund our money. I will never go to Qdoba as long as I live. Chipotle is way better quality and service and they pay their workers better too. This place is a joke.

The manager, Keith, also laughed at me on the phone when I said I was never going to go Qdoba again.
