This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! My husband called in an order and the man over the phone was very pleasant and efficient; he said it would be about 10 minutes. We got our order to-go and there were utensils, napkins and plenty of salsa. The food was plentiful and INCREDIBLE! We had the chorizo burrito and a chicken quesadilla (with added onions and cilantro). We also requested chips & salsa. This restaurant is priced more than reasonable and is probably one of the (if not the best) Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten from. Every bite was incredibly flavorful and fresh. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you El Mirasol for a delicious meal!

El Mirasol brings BIG flavor to this tiny town. The quality & freshness of this mexi-cuisine is a breath of fresh air amongst other close by options. I eat here as often as I can because an incredible meal is always guaranteed at El Mirasol! It just so happens the family who owns this gem are also well loved members of the community, their warm candor is a big part of the welcoming atmosphere in this town. Everyone I have dined with here, thoroughly enjoyed their visit and I have yet to try a dish that is anything short of spectacular. Try it out for yourself!

Went in on 12/27 in the early afternoon. The place was empty, we were seated immediately. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive. However, I was not impressed by the empanadas I ordered. The ground beef ones were tasteless and the salsa did not make up for it. The chicken ones were better. Price was reasonable. Very clean restaurant and beautiful bar. Would try again.

Every time we visit my parents, we eat here. It’s a wonderful restaurant. Staff treats you like family. Food is truly amazing. I’ve never ordered an item I did not enjoy; you can’t go wrong. So good!

My husband and I love eating here whenever driving through! Amazing hospitality from everyone and the food is absolutely delicious. My husband loves the quesa birria tacos and I love the burrito. The strawberry mojito is also super good!

I came here after the blueberry festival. I’ve been in the mood for tacos for a while. I took the tacos home and even after they were room temperature they were still good. Cachete and lengua is probably one of the hardest meats to make. If you’re in the mood for tacos you get plenty of meat and the price is reasonable. Another plus the salsas were spicy. So if you’re looking for tacos and spicy salsa this is your place.
