On 9th Oct I ordered 2 topping pizza as below. And the preparer lady forgot to add the Hot Buffalo sauce. When I reached out to them they mentioned that they will give next order with 2 pizza on them.

When today I called and ordered they deliberately added Extra Buffalo sauce which made Pizza so soar that not edible.

This was an unacceptable experience. I placed an order that I never received. The driver reached out, and despite my prompt response, I was informed the order had already been left. I searched thoroughly and was unable to locate it. The order was never handed to me, and its location was never clearly confirmed.

I paid approximately $30 for food that was not delivered. Leaving an order without confirming receipt is not a completed delivery.

When I contacted the store to address the issue, I was told the store representative/manager was not available. The response I received did not reflect accountability or any meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

Customers should not have to track down food they paid for or struggle to obtain basic resolution when a delivery fails.

Decided to try this dominoes because its local so we odered a pepperoni mushroom pizza for carryout. It tasted awful, like the oven wasn’t cleaned for years. The whole thing was just drenched in stink like rancid burnt oil or something. You could taste it and smell it… It had to be the 2nd worst pizza I ever tasted (only thing worse was some joint trying to pass off baked flatbread with cold, RAW toppings tossed on at the end as “pizza”). we were very disappointed and couldn’t even finish a piece each. We called to tell them their kitchen needs cleaned and you can taste it…but they didn’t seem to take that seriously at all and didn’t even offer a refund on the $ we wasted on their inedible food. We were really hoping this would be a reasonably priced pizza option that was nearby, but this place is definitely crossed off the list. If it had been ANYTHING other than tasting like it was cooked in a dirty kitchen we would consider giving it a 2nd shot, but cooking customers food in filth is an immediate “never again”.
