Everyone told me I needed to visit Bonnie’s while I was in Aspen – and they were right! This was one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had and such a cozy spot! I stopped in during lunch as well and it was a very fun vibe. Clean bathrooms (downstairs), kind staff, efficient service, and delicious food!

Bonnie’s is THE BOMB! Located mid-mountain on AJAX this cabin has a cozy corner bar, the best pancakes in the valley and a homey feel that will incentivise you to keep ordering beers and short stacks. Highly recommend their breakfast, but this place is a must stop establishment if you find yourself carving turns on Aspen Mountain!

Best and cheapest on mountain breakfast of any resort I’ve been to! Love the oatmeal pancake and bacon. The oats give a heartier texture and is a fun spin on a normal pancake.

As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.

This is one of the best on-mountain eateries I’ve ever been to. The decor is so cute and quaint, the desserts are incredible, fresh baked bread and a wide selection of soup, salad, grill items, and more. The staff is amazing and they have a wide merchandise selection.
