We’ve heard alot of good things about this place. Its in a small shopping plaza that in the past any buisness that opened in this spot never lasted but no other places got the reviews that Larrys has gotten so we decided to go up and try it out. Bigger inside then what you would think. Waitresses where amazing! The atmosphere was a bit dull and made us have a cheap diner feel. The bar area was nice and didnt match the rest of the place, anyway the food was good. Not amazingly good that I would rave about but wasnt bad. We would go back.

Larry’s Grill House is an absolute gem in Tarpon Springs.
Unlike prior establishments in this location, this place truly feels like a restaurant with a great bar rather than a bar that serves food. The space was bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. It’s somewhere I’d feel completely comfortable bringing my kids for dinner.
We started with the calamari, and it was cooked perfectly, light, crispy breading with calamari that was tender and delicate, not rubbery like you so often find at other restaurants. It was garnished with Parmesan cheese and roasted tomatoes and set the bar high right out of the gate.
My husband and I had the filet tips cooked medium, exactly as requested. They were incredibly tender and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes deserve their own moment, they were so well seasoned and they needed absolutely nothing added. Comfort food done right.
My friend ordered the steak tip appetizer with blue cheese (possibly Gorgonzola), and she said it was equally perfect and delicious.
What really made the experience stand out was the hospitality. When we walked in, the owner came all the way from the back to greet us, thank us for coming, and introduced us to his brother, who I believe is also part owner. That personal touch made us feel genuinely welcome. A big thank you to Oscar and Lawrence for such a great experience.
Hopefully this restaurant lasts in this location, it’s exactly what Tarpon needs right now. We’re already looking forward to our next visit

Absolutely loved the Grouper & Scallop dish. The flavors were incredible and beautifully presented. Hands-down, the best in town, fresh ingredients and a cheerful atmosphere. I definitely will be back. I can’t wait to come back and bring my sister!

This place was a huge disappointment. I honestly don’t understand how it has such a high rating. My family and I spent a significant amount of money here, and the food was terrible. I’m not a picky eater, but for the price, I expect at least something decent and this was far from it.
This restaurant has been renamed multiple times under the same owner, and unfortunately, it shows why. Each version has failed for the same reasons. I live locally and genuinely want to see new businesses succeed, but this place completely misses the mark.

Best key lime pie I’ve ever had. Everything homemade and INCREDIBLE! Tater tots, brisket burger, seafood chowder, dressings, sauces, and desserts. Our server Melissa was incredible and the owner/chef even came out to introduce himself. Start to finish this was an incredible experience. We will certainly be back.

The reviews were spot on-Larry’s is outstanding! There was an 18 top seated next to us that just applauded after their meal. The stuffed grouper was better than one you’d find at a fine dining restaurant in Tampa. Everything was so flavorful and the presentation was excellent. Be sure to visit this gem soon-you won’t be disappointed!

Love this place! Today was their official grand opening and we have now been there 4 times. The calamari app is amazing. Short ribs, grouper and scallops, ribs, grouper sandwich, burger…all are delicious so far. Highly recommend checking them out and I’m excited to have another great food spot in Tarpon.

Today I can only speak to what I had, the hamburger and I had the apple wood bacon added, along with French fries. I know it sounds like a simple meal but, Believe me when I say this was delicious. I was amazed at how fast my meal came to the table, exactly as ordered. Melissa was super attentive and friendly. I had a table of 6 and a table of 8 ahead of me and they got everyone seating very quickly. Totally impressed and I will return to try some of the other amazing offerings that I have heard so much about.
