The place was empty; no surprise. We tried to use the app for pickup but the location didn’t support it. Tried calling in the order but no answer. So we got in the car and went over. We were told immediately when we walked in they were only accepting cash due to their computers being down. It was very apparent that the two girls up front really didn’t want to be there. My bet is they were hoping we’d leave but we ordered instead. They were very unhelpful, didn’t explain a lot and seemed annoyed with our every question. The chip display was sparse as was the cookie shelf. Floors and tables were not clean. Glad we didn’t dine in. Fortunately the food was good and as you would expect from a Subway.

Shady place. Definitely not how corporate would not want their logo used for. Basic supplies are non existent, cash only, and the girl with a tat on her arm working the register seemed to have her own cash only formula for transactions…owner beware.

Absolutely the rudest workers and we will never be back. Only went there because Steve II was closed and now I know why the place is always empty even on the weekend. Whoever manages this place really should know that the two counter girls scowl when people enter and roll their eyes even with friendly conversation. Don’t worry. We won’t put you out like that again ladies.

Update….4 years ago I gave a 1 star (lowest possible). This place has only gotten worse. One day they didn’t have bread, of all things bread lol. Next time they had bread but no way to take electronic payment. The best part is they knew this was an issue and rather than letting people know before they order they act ignorant at the register. I should have left the subs on the counter. And how could anyone try to serve brown lettuce. This place is terrible, shut it down or find new management.

There were a bunch of kids working there during our visit and to say the customer service was poor would be a compliment. Everyone looked miserable and appeared inconvenienced to do their job. Although they weren’t rude to us, they were very rude to the person ordering behind us.

Worker was very rude to my 14 year old and rest of my family. Went in 6-7-20. At 10:30 am.
She needs to be fired. Never met someone as rude as she was. My daughter also asked her nicely not to toast her bread and she did it anyways. And did not want to fix it. Will never go back there as long as she is working there.

Having a great day at the beach, go to get a sandwich and there are three young kids working there. One has to be no older than 10. I ordered the sandwich with the avocado it’s badly put on half of it and when I ask for a bit more im told by the manger I would have to pay more. Also, while ordering the others sandwiches they kids barely put any toppings on at all. The manger was watching over them like a hawk and was very rude! I will not be going back, there are better food trucks on the island for lunch I recommend those not this subway.

The 2 young workers were inattentive, rude and mocking with inappropriate laughter when we were reading the menu.
We noticed we were shortchanged in our cash return when we stepped outside. Upon returning and questioning the young man he took the rolled up bills from his pocket and pretended he was taking them from the register.
In the future I will never patronize this location and advise others to steer clear.
I recommend J&B cold cuts on the other end of the island.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t violate child labor laws because there is a literal 4th grader working there. He needs to be outside playing with friends, not working for minimum wage. What’s even crazier is that of the 3 people working there, he was the best at his job.
