I order from this place on Grubhub all the time and will continue to do so. Hands down the best burritos I’ve ever had from any place and I’ve tried a bunch. They don’t skimp on portions and it’s always consistent. They truly never miss. My favorite restaurant!

Tough service, communication break down. Meals served in to-go packaging, not a friendly feel. This is a cafeteria set-up, however the total presentation and restaurant gave a very clean representation. Regardless, there’s still the bacteria inviting spread.Also, Fresh is just marketing, nothing fresh or different about their line. I had a BBQ pulled beef or pork crunchy taco, as well as a Chipotle Chicken and a ground beef (more like chili beef, w/ what seemed, it’s fair share of grease). Honestly though, I’m not complaining, they were all very good!! Just not fresh in the context of the name of the business. There seems to be a few problems with this specific restaurant but the food was good enough, I’m going again, soon.

Decided to give this place a shot today! Ordered online for pick up as I was working and had to be quick. Pick up was easy as it was ready when I got there but when I got back to work realized my bowl was made wrong. I specifically asked for no beans and the amount of black beans I got is actually ridiculous. As I’m at work and cannot leave I tried to call the store 3 times and all 3 times no answer just never ending ringing. I’m truly so disappointed as I planned on this being my new lunch place daily by the reviews!

Baja Fresh in Glastonbury was ok. Not really authentic Mexican, but more like Subway version. Service was friendly enough. Inside is bright and clean with plenty of seating. Pricing is great at $10 for 3 big tacos. Tacos are filled and packed to capacity with meats and toppings. Just the flavor of everything is kind of generic bland run of the mill.

I stopped for lunch and was not disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas platter with pinto beans and rice, 3 corn and pork tortillas with Verde sauce. Delicious! Restaurant is bright, clean, employees friendly. I will return to try another yummy item.

I pulled into Baja fresh because of the name. I had surfed the Baja off the coast of Mexico many times, so I just couldn’t resist.
The ordering line was strait and simple with most every type of Mexican fare on the big board above.
The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, and none of the guys spoke English. Good sign!!
Below was a myriad of stainless tubs with all the goodies.
I ordered the three tacos for $11, and was amazed at how large the portions were. Shrimp, Pork , and Carnitas were the proteins. From there I added shredded lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo,Sour cream, cheese, Guacamole, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. All these fillings were FREE!
When I took my first bite, I closed my eyes and thought I was back in Mexico!

Not bad. Didn’t know what you expect when we went in but it was a good experience and we will return soon. Good portioning for the price and they don’t nickel and dime you for everything that should come on Mexican food. So worth the money. Pleasant customer service!
