Don’t trust the delivery service. They consistently forget part of the orders. We pay in advance for food + tips, never get a good overall service. Whether it’s DoorDash or tropical smoothie, no one is responsible for missing food except for the customer who pays in advance and doesn’t get the correct order.

I went in and ordered a Mango smoothie. Your employee, Chris cannot make a simple smoothie. He was also making me VERY uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to me. I am in my 20s and this kid looked very young. I overheard very inappropriate things while he was talking to another employee. I am disgusted. Do NOT come here. The smoothie was horrible too. Overall horrible Experience .

On my way back from a visit in Chantilly, I wanted to pick up my daily smoothie from Tropical Smoothie and wanted to find a location close by on my return to Ashburn. Fortunately a new location popped up in the Brambleton area and I quickly ordered online and then followed directions to the location. Clearly a new location as the small strip mall was seeking new occupants. Behind a CVS and a new build location for houses and commercial. My drink was ready and they were fully staffed in a very clean location with plenty of seating inside. Now I have this location to visit as I travel to the area once every week.

I ordered a salad, and i asked for no spinach a tomatoes, they gave me a low portion, and spinach on it. Not to mention it was cold, when we messaged the restaurant they couldn’t give us a new one, instead they gave us 9$ refund.

Drive thru wait is the most insanely unreasonable wait I’ve ever experienced. We’ve sat here now for 20 minutes and there are three cars ahead of us. One car has been served. I’d leave if I could but there are two cars behind us. Utter incompetence – if you can’t provide better service to your paying customers shut down the drive thru. Incredibly aggravating. Will never visit this location again. Cashier was rude and incredulous when I complained, claimed some people have to wait way longer. Seriously? It’s Tropical Smoothie not Morton’s.

One of the worst locations to date. Slowest service. Rude workers. Waited over 30 mins for 2 smoothies. When it wasn’t even busy. People who ordered after us got their smoothies before us. Made no sense. And their only excuse was they were focusing on the smoothies they were already making to make big batches of that. How does that make sense!!!

This is our go to place and we were excited to try Açaí Bowl. It was not good at all. The açaí mix is so hard and frozen that it feels like eating bunch of açaí chunks full of ice. Felt as hard as rocks. I wish the franchise come out with better recipe.
Until then gotta be back to smoothie.
The staff is really nice and we like to support this place. Unfortunately, it feels like not fully baked product launched to the customers.

Tournament atmosphere had this place SLAMMED this weekend, but they handled it very well, came out and cleaned tables when requested, let folks know delayed times, very friendly considering the chaos!

This place is coming together well! Although they just opened it’s a great location and convenient. I stop by about once a week and one of the owners (I believe) spoke with me briefly because he noticed that I come by often. And he thanked me for being a regular customer and I appreciate just that kind gesture. Welcome to the community and we look forward to watching this establishment grow!

This was by far the longest wait I’ve ever been through for a drive through. From the time we pulled up, we had to wait to give our order and then waited 10 minutes at the window and no one came. My wife had to get out and walk in to ask about our order. It’s took OVER 30 MINUTES from arrival to getting our smoothies. ! I’m all about supporting entrepreneurs and local business owners but this experience was nuts. I’m trying to be empathic since it looked like a lot of young kids working but the owner/operator needs to improve their drive thru operations. Based on other reviews here and on Yelp, it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. The only saving grace was that the smoothies were good.
