Possibly the worst iced mocha I’ve ever had and it was $15 for my wife and I to get a small without modifiers. Do not get coffee here save yourself the disappointment. There is no coffee flavor. All you taste is chocolate and it’s not good chocolate. The fake Starbucks in Batesville hospital is better than this and it’s an embarrassment. Just being honest.

I love coming here and getting coffee. They have hot or cold. Hot coffee is cheaper. They have so many flavors. They also have smoothies and tea and some food items tho I haven’t had any of those. The prices are reasonable. Especially considering the size you get. You can ask them to make whatever flavor you want. Everyone I have met that works there are very nice and friendly. They have a drive through or a walk up and order. They have tables outside you can set at if you want.

The girl working was training a new hire. They were both very sweet because I had never been there before. I wanted a refresher and wasn’t sure what to order. With their help, I ended up with a blackberry vanilla tiki breeze! It was amazingly delicious! I will be back!!

My boyfriend and I went and got a coffee and a sweet tea. Immediately we both puckered up as both drinks taste like artificial sweetener/splenda. We were not impressed and thankfully we didn’t plan on drinking any more because my boyfriend noticed a fly was floating around in it……. We called and informed them and they were very kind and offered another drink free, but the drinks were already pretty gross so we really weren’t interested in another.

I am in town from SWLA for a fishing trip I booked my husband for his birthday. I came here to get some coffee. Oh my gosh! DELICIOUS!!!! I ordered my husband a large vanilla cone and I got a large iced salted caramel white mocha latte. So so so good!!! 10/10! They are super friendly and helpful with explaining what goes into their menu items, too. They are open 7 days a week. I wish this place was local to where we live. Mmmm!!!

Summary: Great people, Great coffee, Great timing & the cleanliness is impecable.

Let me start by giving you a range. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and have hot coffee wherever I go, no matter the weather. It’s sacrosanct to me. I live in Colorado where they’ve made a science out of crafting coffee. I’ve been to my fair share of chains, such as StarBucks and equally the same with local small business coffee shops.

No matter where I go the secret ingredient that many don’t take into account is the interactions with the people. That’s what makes good coffee great every single time. The happy person gets that extra ingredient not on any menu. The angry person misses out on this and they choose to miss out on what could be great coffee instead of just good. That’s their loss.

I’ve been going to Old Town Espresso & Ice Cream in Heber for about a week, while I’ve been visiting. I have had the best small talks in this town, during my 2 minute wait, with the baristas as they multitask making my coffee and giving me that great interaction ingredient, not on the menu.

Kindness is always met with more kindness.

On the other side of that, be weary of reviewers who are always negative in their reviews. If all your interactions are bad, maybe the problem isn’t with others. Just sayin.

I splurged today and am drinking my second mocha and would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Espresso machine has been down twice in the last few weeks. The wait time is always too long. It’s usually just one person working at a time, so no fault to the employees. They are awesome. I only go here on Sundays when Stream is closed. Old Town should really consider putting up a sign when espresso machine or ice cream isn’t working especially when you are left to wait in line so long just to find out you can’t order what you’ve been waiting for.

Ordered drip coffee on a Sunday motorcycle ride. $9 for 2 medium cup. Starbucks is about 6.50. Luke warm taste was terrible.. Go to Jitter bug for way better coffee instead. One person working drive and walkup window. Drive up took priority and interrupted our order to take order from drive up. Would rather to Sonic down the road. Outside tables great for fair weather.
