Went last night for some chocolate frostys for the family. Ordered medium and had to wait about 5 minutes in the drive through line… not long at all. The guy at the drive through gave us larges for the wait and apologized multiple times even though it wasn’t that long of a wait given the time of night. This Wendy’s is probably the worst trained Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. The drive thru is a guaranteed wait – at least 5 minutes for a one person order, and if cars are ahead of you, my condolences. Three out of the last five times they’ve not made my sandwich right. A spicy Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich is a fairly easy thing. You’d think. One time they forgot the bacon. The last two times they used mayonnaise, NOT ranch, and left off the bacon and the Asiago cheese. So either the register operator rang it in wrong, or the sandwich maker doesn’t know the basics of their job – like what goes on a sandwich.
As a teenager, I worked at Wendy’s for three years, so I’m not unsympathetic to fast food workers and always try to give the benefit of the doubt. There’s just so much wrong with the store – food quality, food accuracy, waiting times, dining room cleanliness; the list could go on. They need either better management, or workers who actually care about doing a good job.
The chocolate chip cookies are still good, tho.
Update December 2, 2025 – I wish I could come back and give a great review. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. A friend and I stopped in, on a snowy day, to dine in for lunch. There were about five cars in the drive thru, which should have been a clue. We waited at the counter for five minutes, and not one person even acknowledged us. Not a single ‘we’ll be right with you’, no ‘it’ll be just a minute’ not even a ‘hi’. Nothing at all. So we left.
Pair this complete ignorance and lack of customer service with the Wendy’s Corporate decision to move all of their sandwiches to shredded iceberg lettuce, essentially becoming McWendy’s, it’s no wonder they are closing 200 locations. and with the crappy customer service and food quality at this location, I’d be amazed if this wasn’t one of them. Which is really a shame as this are needs jobs AND places to eat.

We went through drivethrough, the lady working the window, kept our debit card for longer than necessary. When asked if I could have my card back, I received an eyeroll and silent treatment. She just seemed rude and very over whatever was going on in her life.
The food is alright as usual but some customer appreciation would be very nice as well.

Drive thru around 1pm. Very fast service WITHOUT a smile. Cold fries and burger patties that seemed hours old, dry and barely warm. I like Wendy’s for it’s hot crispy fries and juicy burgers but never seem to get that at this location.

Pleasanty surprised tonight. Made my app order, arrived and was met as I approached the counter by a person to take my order. The norm has been to be ignored because they won’t take counter orders but want you to use the kiosk. I told him I was picking up an app order, and was told it was being made, and it was handed to me in just a couple minutes. The norm has been that after I got someone’s attention and told them I was picking up an app order they eould find it and start it. My order was correct, and topped fries were in the correct container and not a chili cup. I hope tonight’s service is the new norm. Oh, and the dining area was clean as well. If you’ve been avoiding our Wendy’s due to a prior poor experience, you may want yo try them again.

September 27, around 11:00 a.m., service from who I believe was the manager was very unfriendly, the meal was quick to be brought out but when I started eating my burger a long hair was visible dangling from the center. When I took it back to the counter the employees all scattered, probably knowing that I was going to complain about something. Eventually when the person who originally waited on me came back I told her “this is not something I wanted to see in my burger”, she grabbed the burger from me with no apology.
Corporate will be getting a call.

Me and my work crew decided to endeavor a trip to the fine dining establishment known as Lincoln Wendy’s… The dining room which primarily was home to patrons waiting in line was a fine experience at first, until I returned from the counter with my tray of food to see a wriggling mouse beneath my chair. We moved away from the dying critter as another family in line shook their heads in disgust and left. A few minutes later an employee came out, picked up the rodent, and carried it back into the kitchen.
That being said, my Dave’s double was cooked well enough.

had to ask for fresh fries, where cold. ordered son of baconator, guess also means less bacon. as see from pic one piece on top and way too much mayo. place was unclean, trash overflowing so couldn’t even dump tray.
