Food was average — not terrible, but the amount of meat on the sandwich was minimal for something marketed as a meat‑based option. The bigger issue was the dining room. The front door, floors and tables were dirty, and there was a person yelling in the corner (not a customer), while staff didn’t seem interested in addressing it. Overall, the environment didn’t feel managed, and it took away from the experience.

I really liked how you can order on the machine. The food that was eaten was a pick two soup and sandwich. They made the order correctly with the right ingredients and preferences indicated. I assume it is fresh. Also I had a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. It was delicious. Food came at an average speed. The food is very expensive at Panera and I personally don’t think it’s worth it.

I did their drive-thru order today and got the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup in a bread bowl w/chips (you have an option of baguette, chips or apple slices).
For beverage, I love their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea so got that in a large. Recommend!
The soup was delicious as well! It was still warm to eat when I got home. I have a little cold too so soup was perfect and especially because of the crazy random cold weather we got today here in MN.
I love going to Panera Bread when I want something simple to-go or warm meal to enjoy.

I was excited to eat my yummy Green Goddess cob salad but was very disappointed to find rotten salad mix in my salad (more than a few leaves). They were also very cheap with the dressing it was only about 2 teaspoons. I was very disappointed since I have Panera 2-3 times per week.

Hadn’t been here before. The food is good. The only hang up I have is that I had no idea where to go to get my food and when I went to find it they didn’t tell me which order was mine when there were t orders on the shelf. Other tan that my experience was great!

Panera decided to tape the box so tight, that it cooled plastered to the top of the box; we tried to pry it off, but alas, it was too difficult to continue putting in effort. The few pieces that we were able to detach had absolutely no cheese, and looked to have been that way since before cooking. Disappointed and would not recommend.

When a customer pays $2.50 for a bottle of water, they expect to receive a bottle of water. I did not.
Honestly, the prices do not reflect the quality of the food and environment. The bland wall decor and “women who have blonde hair, blue eyes, wear a khaki sweater and black leggings, with ugg boots and an iphone” theam does not justify the price for the quantity and quality of the food. Quite literally proven with the lack of a bottle of water.
The food also tastes like it was found in the abandoned KMart before it was converted to cub foods and planet fitness. Do better.

Ordered online, nice ready in a bag for pickup. I love their soup but it in a small maybe 1/2 c. Good various healthy beverage and ice tea choices. Prices are some high. I always enjoy their chunk of bread included with the soup. Very good muffins although shortened, not full size. $20 included soup, salad, 2 muffins and $2 tip.
