They can make a pizza right. Coming from the main land and trying different locations this domino’s in waimea makes the pizza the way you want it and customer service is great. You want extra sauce or proteins and vegetables no problem and it will be added. They also have online order service and delivery. Very tasty and fresh. You can pickup or eat inside the food court at Parker ranch center. Good location and easy access plus parking. Give it a try and you will be back.

There were 4 young men working tonight. 12/18 at 5:33p Kamuela location. Kept it cool while orders kept coming in. Friendly and fast. One of their workers seemed new but the other employees were patient. That’s important on many levels as a business. These men deserve a raise. Thank you!!

I always get mine to go. Curbside pick up easy and convenient. The staff is always polite and friendly, the food time cooking is REALLY FAST! My favorites are the build your own pasta bowls, spinach and fetta pizza (i always add chicken and onions), and lastly the CHICKEN WINGS!!! Yummy in my tummy. Thank you Dominos.

Ordered pizza, wings, and parmesan knots. Asked specifically if marinara sauce came with it, was told yes (important note for later) Was quoted 20 mins for the order to be ready, NO PROBLEM!
However 40 minutes later we received our order. Was not impressed of having to wait double the time, but THEN…..
Our hot wings turned out to be BBQ wings, our knots did not come with the sauce asked for.
The only plus was the pizza was delicious!

I went in to order a pizza today I asked for no sauce because of an allergy to tomatoes I was offered a different type of sauce I chose garlic parmesan sauce I was not told there is a $2 charge for changing the sauce when I spoke to the manager he said it was the upper Management’s decision to charge this extra charge I mentioned that I did not see anywhere that there was a charge to change the sauce I thought dynamos prided themselves on no hidden fees I guess I found one the manager also said there was nothing he can do about this extra charge after getting my pizza and got back to where I was staying I found that it was wrong it was missing items I called the store and the response I got was “what do you want us to do about it”I told them that I would like to have the order fixed and made properly this person I spoke to said that won’t be a problem we’ll just charge you for another Pizza. I won’t come back to this location and I have no problems with telling other people about my experience ( to Domino’s upper management you need to fix your lower management an team business run on customer service if customer service is not there then nether is the repeat customers.)

Home is 7500km as the crow flies, so unlikely to return… which is too bad because this pizza is fantastic. Passing through the area from Kona to Hilo town and took the scenic route through Waimea. Wasn’t sure where to eat, so tried Dominos. We’ve been eating $100 lunches at a big resort (conference) all week, including pizza – that can’t touch this. Most comforting meal in a week, and my 2 topping pan pizza came out of the box as beautiful as if it were featured in an ad. Great meal. Mahalo to the guys working the store today.

i got 2 boxes of the garlic bread twists (they are bussin) and i got them delivered to my house, it took about an hour. the amount was $25.10 and i gave him $40, he asked if we wanted our change and i said yes, then he said he would go get it. he went back to his car and started to drive away, i then stopped him and he said he didn’t have any change. i got my money back, ran inside and gave him the exact amount. i thought this was very rude.
