Katie and Amy are the best bartenders in town! Super attentive, friendly, and absolutely on point. Food is pretty good but I wish they changed the menu up more frequently/to a stronger extent. Manager Steve is always a pleasure to interact with and runs a tight ship! Love coming here for the reasons listed above. Nice local spot that is highly convenient to the neighborhood!

The band, pink marmalade, seems to be consistently there on the first Friday Evening of the month keeping the adult audience lively. Dress like a VP of sales. Expect $50 per person.

Best location in the neighborhood, but for members only. Limited hours open.
Food and service are average. Prices are adequate.

We joined the club in March 2024 based on a suggestion from our friends who were members. It is 15 months later and I cannot recall having a single evening at the club where there wasn’t an issue with service or food quality. The menu is the same old, tired entrees from a year ago and service is just not good. On several occasions the server forgot an appetizer, on another the server never brought another round of drinks, and in March 2025, we just never even had a server. We had reservations that evening, were promptly seated, given menus and not one single server came to wait on us. After complaining to the hostess a server magical appeared. Food was borderline ok that evening and was not anything special. The biggest issue with this dinner club is nothing changes, food, service, and atmosphere. We’ve discovered there are many nice restaurants in the surrounding area where food and service is so much better and when we leave the restaurant it is not like we wasted our money. And, the YR club cannot make Italian food, sauce is terrible.

Stopped in to get info on joining. They were very kind, gave us the information we needed and allowed us to stay and have a meal at the bar. There was a live band, an older crowd and the crab bisque was incredible. Membership is less expensive if you’re over 35, and don’t expect to see many people there under that age. It’s a nice change from other local spots; more refined, more mature crowd, and no crazy shenanigans. Great place to take the family for dinner, and they also offer corporate memberships for businesses.

We held a private event here with our family and friends and the management and staff were amazing. The food was as delicious and the drinks very reasonable.

Service was ok. Place was clean but food was ice cold. We ordered scallops wrapped in bacon and I swear they were frozen. My husband orders tuna and rice and the tuna was overcooked and the rice was cold. Not good. When we brought it to the waitress she offered another order of scallops but we werent interested and the replacement order of rice was cold too. All they did for us was to take off our two coffees. I will not go back. And I don’t recommend you go here either.

Private Club founded in 1936 featuring live music several times a week. Great food, great service, and solid location in a suburban residential neighborhood. Older crowd. Non-partisan, despite the name/history. Club recently remodeled and menu re-tooled by the Zeppos Group (of Willoughby’s and The Hitching Post fame), who now manage the club. Nice bar, friendly bar staff. The Club is not generally open to non-members/the public, memberships are still available.

Glad I joined. Both times I have attended since have been great! Prompt service and good food as well. Relaxed crowd which I also enjoy very much.

First time here. Very nice upscale dining. I didn’t expect cloth tablecloths in a private club. Food and service was top notch.
