The bowls were delicious! It was our first time trying a smoothie cafe so we all ordered different bowls and tried a few. All of the bowls were satisfying in the heat.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of my go-to for lunch. Unfortunately, my online order for a pair and save wasn’t captured correctly. I got my smoothies, and the sticker on them said one of two but no wraps, so the manager told me it was not on the order. Long story short, I asked her to refund me for the smoothies and renter the transaction as pair and save, which she refused, and in the end, I paid over $40.00 for two wraps/smoothies. I know, bad service, right? This is the lowest rating I have ever given to restaurant but good customer service still stands for something in my opinion.

Tropical Smoothie Café is usually my go-to spot for an açaí bowl, but I decided to branch out and try the Baja Chicken Wrap. Unfortunately, it didn’t impress me—the flavor was pretty average and not something I’d order again.
The café itself is clean and the service is fine, but based on this experience I’ll probably stick to what they do best: smoothies and bowls. If you’re looking for something fresh and light, the açaí bowls are definitely the safer bet here.

Pretty decent experience. Got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was alright. I’m not sure if it was worth the $8.. But it was alright. My friend got a couple smoothies and quesadillas and he liked them. Overall the service seemed slow, but the cashier was nice.

We came here one Sunday night for some smoothies. They have a decent selection. I got the mango magic a d added strawberry. I think the option with the yogurt was a little better than the juice options and becomes less watery which some others complained of. My husband got the jetty junior and he liked it.
We didn’t try the food but decent smoothies if you need a quick smoothie fix.
Came back again on Monday 🙂 the gentleman at the cashier was very friendly. Excellent service! Excited to try more flavors.

The audacity of the owner not honouring a pick up order which was already paid the previous day and placed from the app and on top of it not refunding the money, denied it when my husband showed him the receipt. The owner cant go lower than this he lied about not receiving the order and was extremely rude how can he expect people to come back and give any kind of business. Definitely will file a complaint with the customer service. Extremely unethical and unprofessional.

Came with my friend on Saturday, August 16 at 1:28 pm. As my friend was ordering a smoothie the worker at the cash register was loudly telling another employee who was prepping orders that he was going to “choke” a girl he knew when he saw her. As they prepped our orders the same employee kept ranting about this person. It was disturbing that not only was he talking about being violent, but that he felt comfortable doing so in front of customers so I hope management takes it seriously. As for the smoothies- we tried the new dragonfruit flavor. My friend liked hers but I thought it was a little bitter.

I haven’t been to a Tropical Smoothie in years, but recently returned to the area. I remember the Waugh Chapel location had really good plant based meat wraps. This location is closer, so I ordered a plant based wrap and it just wasn’t good. The texture of the meat was certainly different and the taste was bland. I also didn’t care for the kale salad. However, the store was clean and the manager was warm and pleasant.

Idk what’s wrong with this location, but the drinks are bland and watery as if they are using less then the portion they are supposed to use, and the Wrap had barely any meat in it at all a bunch of spinach, and loads of sauce making it a sloppy mess, just choose a different location if u want food with some flavor

Had a horrible experience at this location. Rude staff and to top it off they had a loud stereo system that was blaring music with curse words.
