Patronized their food truck when they came to our development and was pretty disappointed. Checked the menu ahead of time, and when we got there prices were all increased by at least $2 more than the menu online, ordered a burrito and taco bowl, both advertised with beans, got home, no beans in either one. Wanted their mixed veggies as my vegetarian option; no veggies. Honestly, bland and tasteless. Added our own onions, hot sauce and pickled jalapeños to try add some flavor. Sadly, cannot recommend. Too many other great options out there.

The QR code on the truck didn’t work, so I checked the menu on their website. It clearly advertises 3 tacos for $10 on Tuesdays, but I was charged 3 for $15 instead. When I mentioned the difference, there was no effort to apologize or offer any kind of customer service. The food was overpriced and honestly not very good. Paying $5 per taco for that quality—especially from a food truck—is unreasonable. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Chicken tacos were soggy pulled chicken with no flavor. I ordered chips and salsa and they were chips and salsa from Costco. Watched him pulled Costco chip bag and salsa container. Come on man, do better. Be proud of what you sell, make stuff from scratch.

This food truck visited our subdivision this evening. I ordered the bowl which consisted of chopped and torn marinated chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, Spanish rice, sour cream and Mexican street corn…splashed with a bit of homemade mildly spicy tomatillo sauce. A side of warm, salty tortilla chips further enhanced the experience.
It actually tasted like food from old Mexico. And that’s a good thing! Clearly way above the dribble served served at the local chain Mexican restaurants.
My rating, as always, is based solely on my comparison of this establishment versus other Mexican eateries in the area. It’s a food truck so there is no real atmosphere or ambiance to speak of. The truck was clean and the owner/chef was friendly and engaging. The menu is limited.
If you see the truck…try it…you’ll like it!

Just ordered the Jessie’s nachos and tacos(beef,steak,chicken) while visiting corporate ladder. The food was very well priced and incredible! The Jessie’s nachos are huge and the corn tacos were fresh and tasty!! Highly recommend them!!
