We came to this Subway tonight around 8:45 PM with my family. The hours on the door and online said they close at 10 PM, so we figured we were good. A woman was cleaning the floor, saw us, and came to unlock the door—but from the moment we walked in, she made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Gave us a bad look, clearly annoyed we had come in.
We ordered anyway, and one of our combos came with a fountain drink. Instead of letting us use the machine (which was right there), she said: “You’ll have to take a bottle from the fridge, I already cleaned and closed that. I’m closing soon.” Mind you, it wasn’t even 9 yet.
We paid and sat down to eat. The moment she saw us sit, she immediately said, “Oh, but I close at 9,” basically telling us we couldn’t stay and eat. We pointed out that the hours say 10, and she just shrugged and said, “Yeah, it’s not updated, we close at 9.”
It was literally 8:57. She just didn’t want to wait 10 minutes while we ate. This is the second time this has happened to us at a Subway, and we’re officially done. The staff clearly doesn’t care, they lie about the hours, and they make you feel like a burden instead of a customer.
If you want decent service, go somewhere else. Not worth the attitude.

I’ve been here for about 25-30 minutes now and no one ever came back they had a sign on the door saying they’ll be back in 5 minutes & never came back so I drove off

How does this place not have 5 stars? I’ve been going here for 2+ years and have experienced nothing but the best customer service.
I’ve even had the opportunity to meet the owner. Him and his staff are friendly and deliver quality time after time. The food is always fresh and they always have what I need. Easily one of the best Subways I have ever been to.

I haven’t had a sub that was this good in a long time. I get a simple cold cut on Italian with few toppings. Most Subways I’ve gone to the food is kind of bland like it’s been sitting or frozen too long. Even the bread was delicious.

Nyx & Anny are so amazing! They made me the best sub!! Very fresh food and clean environment. I will be back here!! Those two young ladies need a raise! I have never been treated in such a sweet and incredible way at a restaurant but this subway won me over because of these two girls GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They say they open until 10pm. but after 9:20 pm they close the door and they don’t want to attend you anymore. they do not meet the schedule.
