The gentleman that took my order told me 2 mediums pizzas, bread sticks and wings were 22 dollars so I ordered that and a large one topping pepperoni thin crust. Was charged 54 dollars when I got there the cashier might have made a mistake but I looked at the receipt and they charged me all individually per item when it was supposed to be a package deal family box so I feel like I was over charged

I can’t rate the food because I NEVER GOT MY FOOD! Pizza hut owes me $34.59! And every time I call i get transferred, or told about a ticket and I get promised a call back and no one ever calls me! I ordered $34.59 worth of food and got NOTHING. NEVER again will I order pizza hut. And if I don’t get my money back I will be at that store tomorrow raising hell. DO NOT order pizza hut delivery! I highly advise against it! If you do order, then kiss your money goodbye.

Update: Order was received at 7:58pm. The supreme original crust was not cooked through and the dough still raw, not to mention it barely had any toppings. I don’t know if the order being marked in route & delivered before it has been received is a fulfillment issue that corporate has placed upon its stores, or a glitch with their tracking system but it should be checked into. The fact remains I received the run around from an out of the country call center. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again after this experience and I will now only order from a local, family owned pizza joints. Pizza Hut lost a loyal customer of over 30 years. Way to go!
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a mobile order for delivery. Including tip this was a $62 order. 10 minutes after placing the order the tracking stated it was in route. Tracking stated that the delivery was made at 7:12pm; however the order was never received. I called the local number which goes to a call center out of the country. When someone came on the line the rep said they would transfer me to the store. I was passed around the call center 3 times, each time being told I was being put through to the local store. I had to call my credit card company to issue a charge back.

Still occasionally order PH due to nostalgia. Once upon a time it was really good. Today the stuffed crust was bland and hardly stuffed, and the pan pizza was very underbaked. It was actually soggy on the bottom. Quality has been going downhill for years but I think today is the last straw. Goodbye old friend.

This is how my pizza was delivered to me on Jan 5th. I called in & spoke with Adam, the manager on duty who said he would be giving me a refund for the issue, I’ve waited the 3-5 business days & I still have not received my money. I’ve tried calling multiple times at different times to get the issue resolved & apparent no one’s ever able to help.

Ordered online today, spent 55 bucks to not get my full order and to get the utmost run around of all time. I have tried to call 9 times only to spend hours on the phone. My order was to be here as 142 pm and didn’t show up until 215pm and then they didn’t have the drinks that I ordered with my meal. I want a refund but that’s never going to happen. I have currently been on hold this time 9th call for 25 minutes. Are you kidding me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! INCLUDING THE TIP SERIOUSLY IF HE WAS DOING HIS JOB RIGHT I WOULD HAVE HAD MY DRINKS. I HAVE HALF A MIND TO PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON THIS ORDER. FIX THIS!!
