Not opened the hours they are supposed to or listed online. They put up their own typed up hours and their location blocks off other stores for jimmy John’s that are open and could deliver. Don’t even waste your time trying to call or order here!

Wow this team is amazing! Put in an order around 11:30am, received and hour later and my toasted sandwich was cold (newly pregnant). Called back just for my own concern and was also missing an item in my order. They were more than happy to remake it and send it out, they were using a third party to deliver due to staffing, got sent to the wrong house. Called on last time and they offered to remake it and have them drive it since it was after rush hour for them. Gave an extra sandwich, pickles and cookie for the inconvenience 2 hours later. Thank you so so much!!

The folks that work at this location are truly lifesavers!! We are always a last minute type of group for our event and these fantastic people have been able to place a pretty large order for us in a small frame of time!! That’s why we go back every year.

I used to love JimmyJohn’s, but the last 3 sandwiches I had at different places were horribly made. All of the meat was on one side with nothing but lettuce and bread on the other. What a horrible tasting sandwich. You either get a bite of meat and cheese, or just lettuce and bread. Its almost impossible to fix without a huge mess. I wont be back until they change how they make these. Such a disappointing lunch.

Not freaky fast—- ordered a meal for employees for lunch and they took so long that my employees didn’t get their food during their lunch break.

I ordered delivery and my order got stolen! And then they tried to send it out 2 more times, but apparently neither worked. I had to call to see what’s going on. They did give me a refund, but I sadly will not be ordering delivery from them again

Ordered online 2 sandwiches, one was fine but the other one was really bad the meat was discolored, my cheese was soggy and it smelled weird.

Ordered a turkey sandwich and the turkey was disgusting looking where half of the slice was a gross red tendon looking thing.. all chewy and stringy… gah.. it was nasty. So I went back to let them know and maybe make it right by giving me turkey and not turkey giblets. But I was told that that’s just how it is. So I’m putting my feedback about jimmy John’s meat quality and service here instead, and hopefully it spares someone else the bad experience.
I wrote this review a few minutes after throwing my money out in their trash can, so whatever time stamp this is, that’s who was the manager for the day.
