I am not sure how they are so unprepared for a dinner rush on a Friday. This is a pizza place right?Out of items, 30min wait for carry out pizza that you don’t even bake on site, no one insight when you walk in.
I used to love papa Murphys but I guess it’s time to move on. There is probably a reason they started closing locations around Indiana.
Waiting on cheese? Seriously? Even if you shred it yourself it can’t take 30 minutes.

Ordered 3 pizzas. They called to let us know they were out of most of the ingredients. We canceled the order
They call us 2 more times wanting to know if we want to cancel order. We were charged for the pizzas. Was told a refund was being processed. Never got the credit. Received an email from the GM saying they were sorry our refund took so long. WE NEVER GOT IT! The staff were less than helpful. Total chaos when you go in to the store. We will NEVER order from them again and am hopeful people read this and stay away.

What is going on with this location?!? We have been going for years, but the last two trips have been nightmares. First time they made a wrong pizza and didn’t include a third despite online order. Tonight they had the online order messed up again and were not acting professional. OWNER!!! We love this place, please get it back in order! Get good employees or I can guarantee business will plummet!

I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 salads and 2 sodas for pick up rom the app. Waited until the pickup time the app stated. I showed up at the pick up time and the employee was finishing one of my pizzas. He checked with me that it was my order and I confirmed. They then went on to help and make pizzas for the next four customers that walked in after me. They said they couldn’t help me unless there wasn’t anyone walking in because walk ins are their pirority even though I was in store waiting for an order placed an hour earlier. I had to request a refund because people kept walking in and I would have never gotten out.
SO I highly recommend NOT USING THE APP if you want pizza.

Came in to pick up my order and spoke to the lovely, friendly and personable Shay about forgetting my marinara last time and joked that all he broke loose bc of that. She laughed and said she understood that and then proceeded to give me two marinaras so that wouldn’t happen again.
She was so friendly and it made my day.

New cheese in the crust pizza is awesome and the 5-cheese bread was really good as well. Ordering online was super easy and the order was ready at the time promised. I love taking their pizza home and having hot pizza out of the oven.

Worst papa murphys I have ever been to. Dirty inside. Lack of ingredients on pizza. I asked if I could add anything to an ultimate pepperoni and was told no but they could give me ingredients on the side and I could add them myself. Awful
