Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

It is also known as “Villa Pizza.”
I must say, out of the other pizza joints I have visited, this one puts Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Little Caesars, Mountain Mike’s, Roundtable, and Papa John’s to shame. This place has friendly, conversational staff and top-tier Italian menu items that are fresh, diverse, and piping hot. It is hard to find this restaurant, since it isn’t common in California. But when I do find it, I go all out. One of the clerks even told me that 5-10 minutes before closing, everything on display is half-priced, before it gets thrown out. That is a good window of opportunity for those with late-night munchies. So come on down to Villa’s Pizza and have a taste of Italy.

If you’re from the east coast, (grew up in NJ or NY like me) this pizza is really good and super surprising for being on the west coast! I was very happy with how flavorful the sauce was on the pizza and the garlic knots reminded me of home
I will come back again and again!

The employees here are polite and attentive. Very professional, unlike the other food vender to the left of them. They have a good variety of food choices at this s establishment. They also sell pizza by the slice, which is hard to find a lot of times. The meatballs and the sauce are very delicious, tender and moist and juicy. The Mediterranean salad hits the spot, I put Caesar salad dressing in mine. The vegetables for okay , could have used a bit more zing. The price wasn’t too high but it wasn’t very low either. They do have combo meals here which I would like to point out. I was in the mood for my own type of combo so none of the food was discounted. But if you go for one of the combos you can get a decent meal for 10 to 15 dollars. Those are fair prices. Next time I’m here I will try the pizza. looks good

I tried the Pepperoni Pizza slice and Mac ‘n Cheese. The pizza is amazing, the crunch is great, the cheese and sauce have a great taste, and is overall delicious. The Mac ‘n Cheese is also very great! I love the flavor and creaminess, when refrigerated, it loses it’s fresh texture, but that pretty much goes for most food anyway. Overall, amazing food! ⭐️

The pasta was absolutely flavorless. I think it was supposed to be Alfredo but tastes like they left actual Parmesan out of the recipe. Noodles on the verge of mush. The Caesar dressing also had 0 flavor. I didn’t try the roll for fear of disappointment. I’m not sure of pricing, as this was a catered meal purchased by the company I work for. I certainly wouldn’t pay for it & would be livid if I had. General consensus from employees was to never order from this place again. The “pasta” was put in a container not meant for the microwave, while the salad was put in a microwaveable container.

Quick Italian food. Everything is pre-made and they just warm it up. Food is pretty good. Salad tastes fresh. Friendly quick service. Located in the food court inside of the south center mall.

I always seen this pizza place at the mall for a while and decided to try it. The pizza didn’t really taste that good (reminded me of frozen pizza). The one positive thing I can say about it is that the size of the slice of pizza was very large. I don’t recommend this place.

We went to the one at South Center mall. They were super friendly, fast and My kids actually finished their food for once and being teenagers that doesn’t always happen! Would recommend ! ( especially over gross Teriyaki place next door!)

I bought three slices of pizza for my kids
And one slice fell on the ground and I had to throw it away
I ended up just giving my son my food.
A couple of min later a very nice worker came and gave my son another slice of pizza.
Forever a customer

Surprisingly disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite places at the mall to get food. I had ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the person who actually got my food was pleasant and helpful. Then I was passed off to the person at the register.
My food waited next to them as they took a few minutes to finish unwrapping their change into the register. I took the time to ask if it would be cheaper to purchase the combo since I was gettinga small greek salad on the side, and she said it would be. So even though we were getting the order to go, I ordered a drink to make it a combo to save the couple dollars she claimed I would.
Then my food waited longer still as she chatted with another customer who was asking about an employee whose name the customer couldn’t recall. My husband had already ordered, paid for, and received his food from across the food court when she FINALLY rang me up. The combo actually cost a few dollars MORE than just the pasta and salad, but by then I was so exasperated by the whole experience that I just wanted to get my food and go.
By the way, the container leaks and the meatballs are nasty. Lovely way to end the work day. Can’t wait for Sarku to make its return.
