Boomerangs Bar & Grill

Known in town for being the best dance club and their famous “Liquor Buckets”. The 10 to 12 specials are good, the bartenders are awesome. My only complaint is that the bathrooms need renovated desperately. My favorite bar in Indiana, hands down.

I was a little disappointed. I brought a large group of ppl there. Im talking like 15 of us. Me and my buddy and his girlfriend and my wife was first to arrive. Your bartender carded everyone cool no biggy then she uses her little cell phone app to scan our ids. Keep in mind we started next door at the Mexican restaurant el torsoro same owners lol then we went to boomies well needless to say her app says my buddies valid ID was no good and she couldn’t serve him yall really need a new bartender we dropped probably 2grand on drinks for all of us and because she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing we all left and took our buisness elsewhere. Boomies used to be the go to place but its employees like the blonde bar tender that make ppl go other places. We probably wont come back again. Was super unprofessional. Unknowledgeable and clearly was too busy smoking weed out front the building with some Hispanic guy when we approached the bar. U gotta do better boomies we really enjoyed coming there I the past

Agree with Mr Jackson… This place is sketchy in a bad way… Staff spends most of time out side smoking… And most of the customers are trying to sell you DVDs or stealing your phone…

Great place to go during the weekday, slow and quiet…it gets wild and loud on the weekends though. Crowd is mostly young with some old heads in a perpetual midlife crisis trying to feel young again. Good beer on tap though, with pretty good rotation.

If you don’t want to smell like cigarettes, don’t go here. Otherwise it’s a pretty cool dive bar place. Bartenders are nice and fast too. A lot of townies come here though too

Kara is the best bartender in this place! She was so sweet and nice! At first we had a bartender named Paige and she was so rude to us and gave us terrible

Not enough pool tables, but the bartenders and other staff were perfect. I loved the music and options to play pong or shoot pool, plus multiple “bar” areas. Great place, over all best time I’ve had in Indiana. Bathrooms need updated badly.

I have loved this bar since 1997 when I turned 21. Always clean, friendly employees and great ventilation. Barry is the greatest guy ever, he keeps the place up and running.

A buddy of mine went there did nothing wrong and got kicked out, goes back the next night and they watch him the entire time he’s there (he played pool and talked to friends) then they just look for a dumb reason to shut him off and kick him out again even though he was sober as a judge and minding his own business and is usually a regular and they have given him way more before. Just punishing him for being at the wrong place at the wrong time apparently

Nice bar with pool tables and good burgers. The best pool tables are just beyond the bar and the one around the corner on the porch near philly st. The burgers are good with different themes including bleu cheese which is my fav.
