My wife and I came here for lunch. My wife ordered the pho and eel sushi. I had the chicken bento and a spicy salmon roll. Every thing was delicious and fresh. I really like the sauce that was on the chicken and veggies. The pho was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Didn’t update inside when they took over.
The first couple of times the food was good, but the third time ended up with stomach issues. Deep fried sushi with cold parts inside.
And have heard many more people have had the same thing happen.
They definitely need to step up their game if they want to succeed.

What you order is not what you get at the new Hi-Pho & Sushi. Hibachi Steak? Nope, Stew meat and undercooked rice. Crunchy Crab Roll? Nope, Imitation crab deep fried, but left to sit to long so it’s soggy. Thai Tea? Yes, but in a dirty cup. Oh you want utensils? They’ll come out a few minutes after your food does…… Which was brought out one plate at a time over the course of five minutes. Oh and it’ll take 15 minutes for them to take your drink order when you first get there. That should give you plenty of time to count the stains on the carpet and wonder how fun it would be to draw in the nicotine stains on the ceiling. Eventually a member of the staff will wonder over in their filthy clothes to take care of you though. 0 out of 10 will never go back.

First impressions the restaurant is dirty, dusty,and overall not taken care of. The menu we got to place the to go order had fried rice stuck to it. The food is just as bad. The broccoli beef is like chopped hamburger with broccoli. The rice was hard and old had a weird flavor to it. Kung Pao chicken wasn’t good either just bad chicken covered in sauce. I Feel like this food can get someone sick.

I really dont even want to give this place one star. My friend rice was hard, my beef and broccoli had an oily taste no seasoning, and my shrimp had a raw taste as well. Full refund was requested and provided so I’m satisfied. Will not be returning EVER !!!!

My friend and I eat here once every couple of weeks. It is THE best Chinese place around. Better than any in Bartlesville or Independence in my opinion. The owner is very friendly and knows our orders by heart. The lady who waits tables is very friendly as well. We haven’t eaten here and been disappointed. The hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef, cashew chicken and general tso’s chicken are far better than other local places. It is much less greasy than other Chinese places around as well.

06-07-22 if there’s ZERO star I would give 0… just ordered kung pao chicken and shrimp, I expect them to be yummy.. its soooo salty and sour.. theres 4 small shrimp and it has a taste looks like old already I hope I won’t get sick.. I love Asian food, but this one is NONONONOi won’t be ordering here again, so awful maybe I’m just used to Florida chinese resto, but this one… I will not recommend… but hey its your choice!

Last time I step foot in this place was Aug 2018, so it maybe different now. My wife and I would go there almost every Saturday for lunch. And we would order usually the same thing every time. We noticed over time that the prices on the menu were not the same as what they were charging us. early July 2018 we went in and got water instead of pop thinking it would be cheaper and it still came out to the same price argued with the lady at the cash register and still paid the price. Went there one last time in Aug.2018 price checked everything we got. My wife went as far as writing it all down and included the taxes to come out to $25 and some change. And when we went to go pay the lady at the cash register said $31.XX. My wife stuck to her guns and paid her in cash what the menu showed and we left and told her we wouldn’t be back. If you want good Chinese food around here that doesn’t cost you an arm and leg go to Bartlesville, Ok or Independence, Ks
