We eat at Popeyes at least twice a month and out of all of the times, this was our best visit yet! Donovan was on top of his game! Food was fresh and everything was correct on the order. We appreciate it! And can something be done about the reward points being added from the receipt onto the app? No matter how many times or ways I enter the rewards code, it says invalid. I’ve tried contacting support and can never get a response. Donovan was also helpful in trying to resolve this issue as well.

So I gave a 5 star because of two reason alone. 1.they have great deals in the app. 2. I asked one of the managers to make my chicken fresh and he did. The food was great. However with that being said. I will not recommend the chicken if it’s not made to order not sure how long they sit in the warmer but time before this when I didn’t order it fresh it was horrid. Could tell it had been sitting for 30 minutes or longer and was hard and barely warm. But as long as your willing to wait for fresh chicken it’s a 5star all day for me.

I came through the drivethru almost at the end of their work day to only be greeted by the most friendliest voice over the speaker. As I arrived at the first window I was greeted again by Kalani. What an amazing person she is!!! Such an amazing attitude and personality. She was super sweet and although we only chatted for a couple of mins she acted like I was a regular customer who picked up a conversation like we left off from last time. Great pick for a drive thru worker. Keep up the amazing person you are!!!!!

Employee, Kalani went above and beyond of a server that I’ve ever met. They compared my order with options to save me money from 2 single sides to 1 large and it saved me $2.00. Window experience was amazing customer service with friendliness, kindness and overall great personality.

Food quality is so bad at this location. The sandwiches were getting thinner and more dry so I switched to tenders and now they too are consistently small and thin with the breading being way too salty and bland. On the other hand, the employees are almost always very nice.

The food was terrible. I ordered spicy tenders and got regular tenders that were so dry and shriveled I could not eat them. I should have taken a picture of them before I tore them to pieces trying to salvage something for my lunch. I love their food when it’s fresh and they give me what I ordered, unfortunately, bad food is more common than good. I won’t be going back.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. How is there a 12 minute wait for fried chicken breast on a Wednesday at 5 PM when it’s dinner time and to the young lady working the speaker with an attitude get a new job if you don’t like it. This place never seems to have anything in stock when I go, absolutely garbage service.
