We typically use this location for catering some of our smaller sized events. Always have been great! Ordered 16 pizzas and 2 party breads on the app Monday for pick up on the following Sunday. I usually call a day or two before pickup to make sure everything is set and they always take great care of us! Especially for what seems like a smaller team on a Sunday morning. Definitely a busy location on game days or other large events so plan ahead and things will work out great!

I ordered food for me and my kids and it was disgusting. I brought it back for a refund and they argued with me about it because one slice of the pizza was missing and a couple slices of Crazy bread because my kids bit it once and threw it Away. They were hostile with me and only agreed to a partial refund when other customers came in and they didn’t want to be embarrassed by the scene. I would avoid this location at all costs! Pizza was burnt and crazy bread was not seasoned at all yuck! And these two items with a small cheese pizza were $31!!! Never again

Over a 2 hour wait for my order when they said 50 minutes to a hour. Then when it was finally ready at the counter they shorted me a pizza for our family party. Peperoni pizza was burnt. Meat lovers had hardly any meat. They were supposed to deduct the missing pizza but actually made the check more expensive. First and last time ordering anything from that place. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than one star.

What a joke the new pizza sauce size is! The bigger one was the original size the tiny one is the new size. That is ridiculous! That size is enough for 1 or 2 breadsticks. Another company that cares only about money not there customers!

Less than 1 star. I ordered an XL pizza at at roughly 8pm. These pizzas, in my opinion, are junk in the Georgetown Twp. area. However, we were both sick as all get out and Palermo, Peppino, Marco’s, etc. all whined about being short-staffed, no delivery, wah wah wah. Keep in mind, it’s 8pm, people. These places are within a mile of our home and we felt it best to stay home in consideration of others. This rotten pizza was charged a $5.99 charge, and Oh, we did feel like we should tip the driver because the lack of quality is not the drivers fault. So I paid $35 for a pizza that was so inedible it was pathetic. It was unbaked, no melted cheese, it was a joke. We didn’t even get a special crust. We threw it in the trash. This isn’t where I’m going to spend my money, ever, ever again.

I am completely disgusted by the service this evening. First, it took almost two hours to get our order and second, the food was left on our porch with no notification or knocking.
When I called the first time I was told that it was due to having no delivery driver and that they were having to use Door Dash. They do not tell you this when you place the order. I asked to talk to a Manager and the person on the phone told me they were a Manager and that there was nothing they could do. Wow! So we waited.
I finally received a text that my order was on it’s way and was being delivered by a Door Dash driver named Derek. Having never used Door Dash myself I assumed they would knock on the door and deliver my pizza. Nope! The driver left my order on my porch and I never received any notice of it. It was out there for 20 minutes and was cold and gross.
I called Hungry Howies a second time and a different person answered. I immediately asked to speak with a Manager. This person also said they were a Manager so I guess everyone there must be a Manager… This individual asked, “is this about a delivery?” So they already had other complaints I guess.
They did refund my entire order but I had a house full of guests and had to eat cold, not fresh pizza that had been sitting on a porch for 20 minutes AFTER we had already waited almost two hours.

Great pizza, Fair prices. I was not happy about placing my order with the app and requesting the delivery tim to be 5 pm and it came @ 4:40. This was the second time it has happened. When speaking to the manager he offered me a coupon for free cheesebread(the one being advertised for. 99 cents). I explained that I just payed $30 and will have to serve cold pizza to my guests when they arrive. He told me I should call the store the next time I order online and want it to be held for a later time, so I could give them a heads up. Must be my fault. Sorry about the cold pizza guys, but it’s cool…i got a coupon coming in a week for free,.99 cent bread. Eat up!!

If I could I would leave a negative review! The delivery driver was one of the most rude person I have ever seen deliver food. This delivery driver was left with an over 20% tip. Once he was at my house I communicated through our window to please leave the order on the steps. Once I asked this delivery person this he proceeded to swear and get angry while my young child heard him. I will not be ordering from this store again!
