Stopped in here and made a big order for my family. We waited for probably an hour and the order was still not done though many other customers had been helped.
I felt bad for the lady behind the counter who was clearly overwhelmed (apparently some of the employees had walked out that night..?); another employee was out behind the restaurant smoking, which really didn’t make me feel good about kitchen cleanliness.
Ended up getting a refund and leaving hungry.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but… we won’t be returning to this location.

The value champion! The food is great and 3 can eat for under $30. Seating is comfortable, and the employees are usually pretty nice. Definitely my pick for a value dinner.

Mexican fast food at its most adequate! The portion sizes across the board are very good for the price. The french fries, if you get them fresh, are crispy with a tender middle and flavorful enough that you may not need ketchup. Generally, I prefer Del Taco over Taco Bell, tbh.

I came to pick up an order and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional. They were clearly short-staffed, and my food wasn’t even ready when I arrived. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, one of the workers was wearing pajamas and slippers, which was already concerning for a food establishment.
I was then told to park and wait because the order wasn’t ready. While waiting, I saw the manager eating on the job and coughing without even covering her mouth. At that point, I was genuinely worried about the cleanliness and safety of my food.
About 10 minutes later, the same employee in pajamas brought my order out. She was rude and dismissive, just handed me the bag and walked away without giving me a moment to respond or even say thank you.
Overall, the visit was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming to this location.

I go to Deal Taco enough to know when it’s good or bad. I ordered 2 tacos, cheese crisp, drink, fries & a Chicken burrito. Tacos & cheese crisp were cold. Chicken burrito was so salty it was gross. Fries were old & cold.

The team was terrific tonight. It was dinner rush , the drive thru was not working and im pretty sure they were short handed. The team stayed calm and extremely friendly while being really busy. Food turned out great.

Working and it’s always clean and the food is great. I always See the few workers here busting their tails trying to do everything at once. The employees here are amazing and I think they all deserve raises. They actually care about customers. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location anytime.

Very rude opening manager, store was supposed to be open at 7am shower up around 720 didn’t get acknowledged till 730 just to be told they they were waiting for one more person. I had said no worries I can wait in which she said we’ll its gonna be at least 20 minutes because I’m doing everything myself. I am gonna pass this on to corporate as well.

I never leave reviews for fast food places, but Amanda, the manager at Del Taco, totally deserves it! She’s so kind, friendly, and clearly works her tail off. You can just tell she cares. Honestly, someone give this woman a raise — or at least a taco crown!
